The straight razor shave was excellent -- they used peppermint oil and coconut oil, which felt incredibly soothing and refreshing on the skin. You can tell they take pride in the details. It's a barber shop - I get it - but the language can be a little heavy at times. I go to another barber shop, and I never have these issues. Half the barbers joke between themselves and cut up; I know this is how they regulate their stress but this is not how you run a franchise location.
