My favorite manufacturer. I can't say how must I have bought from these guys. Customer service is top level too!

Gun shop owner here - POF has proven themselves to be the least responsive, least customer centric firearms manufacturer I've ever worked with. Sold a customer a POF Rogue and he wanted to customize it. We removed the handguard for some upgrades and found this unfired, unused gun with a scarred up aluminum barrel nut which was OBVIOUSLY incorrectly clocked (assembled) at the factory. At first POF ignored all my instructions and replaced the handguard, about 2 weeks after receiving it. They called and asked me to pay an invoice(?). I reviewed the instructions I sent in and then their response was "oh...let us go back and look at the manufacturing pictures, we will be able to prove if this left like this". They were insinuating I sabotogued the unfired gun prior to selling it to the customer. So, 3 more weeks went by. Now they've had this upper for 45 days to "look at it". I called Juan back and asked what was going on? He told me the "owner is still making a decision" and he would get back to me in a few more days. Well, the next phone call made it clear they were accusing me of sabotoguing the gun and ruining it. OK I said - SEND IT BACK if you're not standing behind your products. I am sitting here another 10 days later with no gun, customer is livid, and I will never touch a POF item again. What a sham, disappointing "American" company. I deal with Sig weekly and they've never treated me like this. Nor Springfield, nor Glock...the list goes on. Gun companies MUST stand behind their product, it is life or death and mistakes cost lives. POF doesn't care about its end users - a quick google will tell you that the original POF owner/engineer passed away and some charlatans appear to have taken over and ruined a great company and great products. The good news is there are POF guns getting clearanced on Gunbroker for half price since the market is figuring it out. read more

I want to share the fantastic customer service I got from POF. I bought a POF Rogue about a month ago. I decided to add a Dictator gas block for shooting suppressed. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. POF had me send in my upper so they could install the correct part. They received my parts on a Monday. I got it back, with the requested work done two days later! They did this for no charge! I am very happy with both my rifle and the backing of POF. I can't wait to get it on the range with the adjustable gas block and the suppressor! Kudos to POF! read more

This place is a joke. In the early days they had nothing but problems with there rifles. After 3 generations they started getting it right but then the owner died, and the family took over. What a mess. calling to get apart is a nightmare even though I live down the street and want to pick up parts, but calling in to do so is just so bad. Nobody knows anything. And the prices on their 9mm lever actions at $2,000 is insane as well as their tac pistols same price and they take oddball magazines sold by them but wont say who makes them. Sad. I bought a rifle from POF USA based out of Phoenix Arizona. Frank Desomma is the CEO. My recommendation for anyone considering spending their hard earned dollars here is dont. They sold me a rifle that didn't work. Their warranty says they stand behind their products 100% but they never answered their phones, they refused to follow thru and they are unreliable. With so many excellent AR manufacturers out there like LMT, S&W, KA, etc etc etc you have plenty of options. Just don't make the same mistake I did. These people are terrible. l read more

Perhaps on of the best AR platforms on the market hands down! You could spend a lot more and get a lot less. I have never had an issue with any of there platforms and I own multiple different types the fit and functionality is top of its class. POF rifles have many advantages over the competition including features the competition just doesn't have example E chamber technology heat sink barrel nut machine gun rated steel barrels the list goes on see for yourself on their web page or call in and speak to a technical representative they are friendly, knowledgeable and can answer anyone of your questions. Or see for yourself just search on the POF web page and view the independent torture test of their rifles where over 2500 rounds of full auto fire went through the weapon system with no failures. Try that with a Larue tactical rifle or any other AR in POF's price range the competition simply does not measure up most are just dressed up AR's with mil spec parts sold for a premium price. So for those saying POF rifles are unreliable ha yeah right I point to user error each rifle comes with an instruction manual each rifle is fired at the factory and checked for reliable functionality before it goes out the door I have never had a failure with any of my POF platforms! For the money buy one no need to think about it you wont regret it POF runs sales all the time replace so your stock upper for a POF one! read more
