I purchased a Dach Apollo from Botero in December of 2025. The cart was delivered on Dec 24, 2025 with a seat that damaged during the delivery process. I immediately notified Botero and sent them pictures. They even had a service tech come to my house to deliver the charging cable for the cart (which they neglected to include when the cart when delivered) and he took pictures. I was told by Paulie in the Botero office that he was aware of the damage and could offer me a cash discount or a new seat. I opted for the new seat. In February I called to get an update on the seat replacement and Paulie asked me to send him pictures...again (I resent the same pictures I sent in December). He finally called me back to tell me the seat was ordered from the manufacturer (I'm guessing he forgot about me until I called). In the earlier part of March Paulie called to tell me the seat had arrived and was in their possession. It is now late March and I cannot get Paulie to respond to my texts to give me a date for when the seat can be replaced. I purchased an extended warranty through Botero and this gives me pause as to what type of service I would receive if something major happened to my cart. Hopefully I don't have to find out. Based on my experience would I buy from Botero again? I'm not sure, but i would certainly do more research as to what other companies were available. read more

We worked with Ricky and he explained all of the features of the golf carts we were looking at. We picked out a beautiful cart and we added a phenomenal sound system, lights, and a tinted windshield. The windshield really helps in the afternoon AZ sun. The price was better than we thought and the financing even better 0%. We are super happy with our beautiful golf cart, I have so much fun driving it to the store and love the trunk space in the back which actually fits a great amount of groceries. This was my first golf cart purchase. Some of the other golf cart dealers in the phoenix, AZ area had nice carts, but so many of the sales reps seemed to know little about their product which disappointed me. Recently had a collision with our new 2025 golf cart from Botero. called to set up pickup and was asked to take pictures of damage and that they will call to schedule pick up. waited a week and called to get an update and was told they will call as soon as they know something. That was 4 weeks ago with no response. Called another local dealer who picked up the cart in a day and within a week cart is fixed and ready to be delivered back. Still waiting for Botero to set up pickup, HORRIBLE customer service and no accountability. unfortunately i would never recommend Botero to anyone. read more

BUYER BEWARE OF BOTERO CARTS IN PHOENIX we paid in full for a golf cart June 3, 2024 and where told delivery in 3-4 weeks. no communication from them and we kept calling to inquire and were told each time, "It's on the next truck" 8 weeks later we get the cart delivered to find out it's the wrong cart! Were told they would order the correct cart. another 8 weeks and once again a wrong cart was delivered! after several more weeks of waiting and calling them we were told last week, our cart was in and they would install the LED lights and get it delivered to us at the beginning of this week, it's Thursday today first week of October and still haven't received the cart, so called again and was told they haven't gotten to it yet REALLY after messing the order up twice you'd think it should of been moved to the front of the orders to get it completed and delivered. manager Ricky was a A@@ about it and didn't understand why we were upset and if we didn't want to wait until next week for our cart we could cancel it and get a refund. WHICH I DID. IM TIRED OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. Edit 10/4/24: Dwayne the owner made things right and we have finally received our correct cart and he apologized for the error. read more

Their phone is a cell phone that is rarely answered. Left a voicemail and had to follow up days later without a return call. Purchase was easy and quick. Botero in Phoenix - The cart we got delivered was ordered for somebody else, but was wrong color for them, right color for us. They delivered on 11/30/24 with no certificate to register because it had the original customers name, new certificate was ordered and Botero received via Fed-ex". We told them would pick up and they said they already put in mail. Come to find out they were not honest with us as was not in mail for a few days. Supposedly they put in mail a few days later, no tracking# etc, just put in their mail. it's been over a week now since they claimed in mail and have not received and we live only 20 miles from them, with. no tracking #, there is no way to track. That said; we had the cart for 23 days at this point can't drive as not registered. We've called several times and just lip service . we're stuck with a cart we can't drive and our payment for financing is due in a 1 1/2 weeks. read more
