I made an appointment for the Boss infusion and was taken to a chair where I waited for 20 minutes. When the technicians arrived, I could hear one whispering how nervous he was to do this. He then came in and proceeded to stumble around me as he set up the bag. He ultimately popped a hole in the bag, and the techs had to go get a new one. I have now been sitting in the chair for 30 minutes. The techs return, set the bag, and the trainee goes in on my arm. He picked the arm, but said he needed a pillow for the angle. The pillow was retrieved, and he went to puncture again, still obviously nervous and unsure of himself. I finally said I was uncomfortable, and asked for a different tech. The more experienced tech came, tried my arm multiple times, and sent me home without an infusion. I needed this infusion, I'm sick and flaring with a chronic illness. This place hands down is my FIRST go to when myself or my 13 year old does not feel well. One of my directors didnt feel well a few days before a shoot and he went in and was good by the time of the shoot. He then told me about it and I live by it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The room we were escorted to appeared to be un-sanitized / not cleaned at all. The room had torn stained pillows, the trash can was filled with used IV bags (Yikes and YUK)!!! Immediately upon leaving, I rushed home to shower and change my clothing. After years of getting a boost of energy from B12 shots, this shot left me with ZERO energy, so not sure what kind of B-12 shot I was given. I'm a person who is intentional about how I spend my time, so writing this review took valuable time from me but was very much needed to share with the public.
