Eric is so chill he's friendly, and very informative about questions you may have asking for games. The store offers buying & selling video games, movies, cards, & game consoles. I went in to buy some yugioh cards I'll be coming back to buy more soon.

Great selection of games, collectibles and magazines, some items largely overpriced. An item priced over $50 was found on eBay under $15

Service was good. Not much of a selection on the 64 games which is a bummer as that's what I came in for. Prices are fair.

It's pretty pricey though - you can get things you might not see anywhere else but you'll definitely be paying extra for them. They have figurines and some blind boxes and other stuff too! I walked into a store that carries merchandise that simply does not surface at most American retailers, and that distinction was the main reason I made the trip. The selection covers a wide range. I saw rows of pins, acrylic stands, stickers, keychains, figurines, manga, and stationery filling the floor, and the depth in certain titles went well beyond what I have found at convention vendor tables or general pop culture stores. The Project Sekai section was one of the more notable dedicated areas and is genuinely rare to encounter outside of Japan. VTuber merchandise and more niche title selections appeared here in a way that reflects the store's connection to the Japanese market rather than just catering to the most mainstream Western anime fanbase. There is also a gashapon section where you can exchange cash for tokens and try your luck at the machines, which tends to draw its own crowd. Prices run higher than what I would pay in Japan directly, which is expected given the import overhead, but for collectors who cannot make the trip the markup is the cost of access. The store is worth visiting for any serious fan of the medium, and even a casual browse tends to surface something unexpected.

With taxes and shipping costed $100. I get a call back and tells me he doesn't have 1/3 of my order available due to damage. I'm easy going so I told him I'm disabled and can't drive so just pick out some stuff I'm collecting for my nephew and I like to also check them out. He says he's wheelchair accessible he'll send me pics also of his store (never does). Also says he's a Cgc grader and deals with mostly higher end custom stuff so send him a picture of an issue I think that might have value... I did nothing on that, he even tells me since I'm right by he'll just drop them off this is already a week in. I tell him sure and thank you. Next day nothing, I text him my address and wait for a response nothing again so I called him cause I got a missed call from the same area code from NY. And he seemed startled I called, said he'll be buy later never comes though. He responded later in the evening saying he could come tomorrow, I told him ok again, same thing didn't show at this point I thought he could've mailed it by now but it was family issue... I told him Friday would be ok he agreed then Friday comes no show again said he has personal issues. 2-3 with a 1/3 of what I ordered not available I asked for a refund and it's pretty much my fault at this point for believing him. Ignores my messages then later replies I appreciate your patience and offers to deliver Monday also a no show. Never received my stuff never gave me a refund... This guy is Fugazi. I have pictures of the text not word for word but you get it

Everything in the store is $1! They have tons of used books and movies on CD. Yes, aisles of books, movies, and used games. They also have a display in the middle of the store of anime key chains. They've been here for a while now, but not as much foot traffic upstairs at this mall as downstairs. I rarely come up here, and forgot all about it. Employees are busy stocking the shelves. But they're not too busy to stop and ring you up for your purchase. Parking: Plenty of free, shared, mall parking.

One is over by JCPenney while this one is right next-door to Macy's. The shop is on the upper level of the mall. Thus, you just have to grab the elevator, go to the far side of the mall, and there it is. Once inside, as is the case with all Book-Off locations, you will find tons and tons of books. What's unique about this location is that all of the books are only one dollar. Yes, one dollar. Every book in this store is just one dollar. And, they have some great books. Everything from sought after hardcovers by well-known authors, to tons and tons of paperback books on all subjects. Pretty much any subject, by any author, you're will find something here. Beyond just books, this Book-Off also offers tons of CDs. These CDs are also offered for only one dollar. So, if you're looking to grab some great music, this is an excellent place to do it. Just like the books they offer, they have a vast variety of CDs here. So, you'll really be able to find some great music from every genre of music that you like. Overall, this is a very self-serve style shop. You go in there, you seek out what you're looking for, you go up to the counter, you pay for it, and you're gone. It's a simple as that. Overall, if you're looking for a great book, a good CD, you're probably gonna be able to find it here.
