Walked in, hours say open until seven but weren't open because the guy said "we're closed early " which I said is no big deal but then proceeded to figure out by talking back-and-forth, whether or not they could squeeze me in by asking the only other lady there doing nails to which she chirped back "no" They told me to come back tomorrow...which is fine ... I had already made my mind up that I probably wasn't coming back ....but before I leave, they ask " is there anything on your nails" and I say no, clearly they're trying to save the sale and squeeze in one more client They say go ahead and take a seat, I ask anywhere in particular ? He tells me to go to seat 2 I go over cause I can tell they just wanna squeeze me in Well, I guess I didn't turn around fast enough for him when he was telling me to get a color as I walked over to my seat ...bc then immediately he chripped back at me "hellooo..." So rude and if they were that desperate to keep my business and not have me walk out and go somewhere else they would've and should've sounded much kinder and it's not a way to retain customers, especially with so many other nail salons in the area Probably there's a nail salon in every shopping center here I'm surprised this place is in business still with such an odd atmosphere and with so many better nail salons in the area. I will not be coming back here. They cut my cuticles so deep that my fingers have been tender for the past 4 days. I have been routinely getting my nails done every month or so for the past few years and never had this issue. The filing is uneven; one of my nails on one hand is slightly longer than the other one. There's lint cured on a couple of them so I'm stuck with seeing the lint in my nail for the next few wks. I asked them for hard/builder gel, just a simple ombré design from pink to white that one of the nail techs there had. The girl had an issue with her airbrush gun; the fumes were so bad I started coughing and the techs all started laughing. I didn't find it funny...? So the other nail tech stepped in and said sorry then used a different brush and it was better. But when I washed my hands after, I saw that there was paint all over my fingers on my skin and that they were so sticky. This is not the first time I had ombré nails, but this was the first time I had an issue with the way they did it and esp that it left residue/paint + inhaling toxic fumes. There were about 3-4 other customers there, they barely engaged with us and just kept talking amongst themselves. The nail techs I've had in several other salons usually make some small talk or even ask how we are doing -- nothing here. I thought I'd give it a try since I just moved to the area and wanted to give them a chance despite the bad reviews, but here I am ironically adding to it... enter at your own risk read more

The staff here is amazing! Jenny did a great job on my acrylics, and I keep coming back to her, she is now my regular nail tech! I've dealt with tons of other artists who cut corners, but Jenny does a fabulous job, she is extremely thorough and omg TALENTED! the staff is extremely kind and friendly, it's a really relaxing and clean inside, so I really appreciate everything that they do here! Every time I ask somebody a question, they are never judgmental, they are always open to helping, rather than judging, which is more than I can say for other places! As somebody who's been getting their nails done for over a decade, I can honestly say this is one of the best most talented and best artists I've ever dealt with! I paid $100 to have my nails and my daughters nails done. They rushed and did a very sloppy job when I tried to talk to them. I wish I Can rate the service 0. I took my mom who is 70 plus. she can't see very well and hard to keep up with toe nails. she is visiting us to US from her country. so I thought to pamper her and took her for pedicure(we chose the most expensive one plus tip) this salon is the closest one to us so we decided to go there. When we entered I requested the owner if we can get someone who can be gentle on my mom. A guys showed up to provided services. she cut mom's big toe. she said it burned when they put some liquid, thought it's minor skin peel off happens sometimes when you clean cuticles so we ignored at that time. but after couple of days when she stared developing puss in her big toe and hurting really bad. toe was swollen. We tried treating it at home with Neosporin, epsome salt bath and some pain killer. But it didnt work. We ended up taking her to urgent care. She Has travel medical insurance. With that we needed up Paying $500. Plus she lost the toe nail. couldn't enjoy the pedicure instead it became a horrible experience for her. I am feeling so guilty to have her experience this. I tried to call them and they played the language card. So I decided to write a review if this can help someone. read more

I GOT AN INFECTION. This was my first time coming in and my LAST. I came in on December 22nd for a last minute pedicure before Christmas, they took me in pretty quickly which was nice and I just got a normal gel pedicure. Everything was fine until I got home and noticed that my toe hurt and I didn't think anything of it until the next day where I saw it was red and infected. That usually means they didn't use clean tools to work on your nails or someone with an infection came in, and they used those tools on that person but didn't sanitize it for the next customer. I WAS ROBBED. I've come here for over a year and have never walked out so disappointed. I paid $100 plus tip for a gel pedi and full set, I showed up around noon on a Friday the place was EMPTY, and there were about 8 manicurists there. The pedi was done really well and the manicurist was gentle and took her time. The lady doing my nails was awful, rough, and would bend my fingers and pull on my arms. The acrylics are shaped so poorly and the gel was left bumpy and unevenly painted. read more

It's too bad that this place doesn't recognize that their customer service is so lacking. This was my go-to place because it wasn't spectacular but it was close and not bad. I finally had to say something during my last appointment to let them know that they talk tooooo much. Not to the customers, but to each other. The constant chatting by the employees is non-stop- three of them speaking loudly in their native language (and they weren't sitting close to one another) the entire time I was trying to having a moment of respite. This goes on all the time and to make it even more jarring they play techno music rather than something serene. I get it- it's a strip mall nail salon but If I'm paying 50.00 plus tip for a pedicure, I'd like a little peace during the process. So much for self-care. I don't know why it's so hard to find a place where the nail technicians aren't either on their phones, checking their phones or having a convo with their co-workers, non-stop. I actually was referred by my friend to come here. She said that her manicure lasted a long time and didnt chip nor color faded (shes a hairstylist so always is working with her hands). I was looking to have my nails done on MLK day and my regular nail shop was closed down and every other one was closed for the holiday. I noticed that two girls walked out of this store and figured they were open. I called them and asked if I needed an appointment or if I could walk in. It was about 3 pm when I called them and whoever answered the phone said she was busy and asked me to come in at 5pm.. I couldn't do that time so I figured to come in another day. To my surprise, she just told me to walk in! So I did. I waited about 10 min before they started working on my toes. The chairs are oversized cushioned chairs. No massage chairs and the sink for pedicures have no whirlpool. All ladies had masks on (worn correctly). They do ask you to sign a covid waiver when you come in and sanitize your hands prior to touching the nail polishes on their wall. No TVs. Only massage type music (made me super relaxed and sleepy lol). Their pedicure prices vary depending on which type you get. They range from 30-70 dollars. Many options for manicures too. Tina did my pedicure and did amazing! She was super diligent in taking off my cuticles and all the possible in growns. Thank you Tina! I suggest making an appointment because some people walked in after me and waited a long time. But yes, overall I recommend them. I will review in a couple weeks to see how my manicure holds up. read more

This is a great option in RSM for a Mani-Pedi. They have always fit me in even without an appt. Prices are very reasonable and I've been very pleased with the results. I like that they do not have TVs on all over the salon, It makes for a more relaxing experience. My pedicurist seemed nice, but didn't speak English. She did do a fairly good job, but usually a pedicure has a 5 minute or more massage per leg. I got less. For $40 I would have thought I'd be offered more. Also, no massage chairs and no whirlpool for feet. Additionally, my water was barely luke warm. I will not be returning. read more

updated review: As much as I loved my initial review of my lashes and enjoyed the hospitality of the salon, it turned out that once my lashes started to grow out I realized the lashes used were too heavy and were ripping and tearing my lashes out. Wish I could give it 1 star. My normal girl at another salon was on vacation so I tried this place in a pinch! First off, I made a 1pm appointment on. Saturday. When I walked in they only had 4 nail techs and they were all busy doing mail services. She yelled at me from across the room to take a seat. I couldn't understand her because she had a mask on and the only seats were nail stations so I took a seat. Waited 30 mins. No mention or apology for running late! Let's just say it was hour and a half I cant get back! I got a gel manicure and pedicure, we will see if it lasts, seems like cheap base and top coats, not OPI like other salons. THEN, this is the fun part! As people checked out they said they don't take cards. Made people use the ATM (I don't trust this and they charge $2 to take out cash) ! The lady before me was handed $2 cash, but they never offered that to me!!! There are no signs saying cash only, no mention, etc! Id even pay them an extra $2 to just run the card for security to not use this ATM. The lady said the owner said card are too much to process, hmmmm it's kinda a cost of doing business in the world!? Please make sure to call ahead so that they can work on you right away :) I LOVE how they do dip powder nails, they shape the nail SUPER defined and they even clean the cuticle area (which other places charge extra for that). I have come here a few times and been very pleased especially with Tina, but last Friday I came in for a nails & a pedicure, I chose the "Stress Pedicure for $60" I also got gel nails, I spent a total of $175. and tipped $25. During the cutting of my toe nail I felt her cutting too much then she dug into the side of my big toe nail with this tool, I informed her she was hurting me. The next day my big toe blew up and was very red and painful, so I went back to them to show them and request a refund for the pedicure only ($60) as I spent more than that on medicine for the infected toe, I thought I was being really nice about it. The owner told me "No" he offered to pay for some generic antibiotic cream from nearby CVS, I told him no that I just thought he should refund the pedicure as I have been in pain and cannot put a shoe on, he then told me he was a lawyer, so I asked him for his name so I could look up his BAR number, he refused to give it of course. He is n to a lawyer, I again explained I thought refunding the pedicure was more than reasonable on my part, he refused and told me to take him to court.! I was shocked! I understand these things can happen but it was the complete disregard for me that shocked me, I will never be back also saw int he reviews Im not the only one who got a big toe infection. While at CVS buying bandages for the infected toe the manger said she also got infected from there. Really bad customer service!!!!!! read more

Seemed like a good experience until my acrylic nail started to chip...went back and they fixed it. A few days later I had to return for another nail chip. 2nd time they were rude and told me to come back but I refused. The male manicurist was so rude treating me like it was my fault that my nails were chipping but had another person fix my nail. . The final straw was an infection under my nail that needed draining. And of course more chips. Needless to say I don't recommend this place at all!! read more

I love coming here for my gel manicures and pedicures. Both last between 3-4 weeks. There are no TV's (but I like that...!) and the chairs are nice and puffy / oversized....so super comfy. Super clean and the ladies are always so friendly. WOW! I really was hoping for a good outcome for this place. I live so close and this could be my new salon. But sadly this was a one and done trip for me. They were really rushed and we were the only people in the salon. They lady cut my nails super short, which I didn't ask for. I did not get a hand massage or a foot massage. My friend got burned from the towels they place on your feet. Sadly we will not be returning and trying to find a new place. Also they made me bleed on how rough they were with some of the tools. No sorry or anything. The one thing that really threw me over the top was that she wanted to charge me for something they didn't even DO! She wanted to charge me for gel that they FORGOT to do.
