I almost don't want to write this review because I selfishly want to keep this place to myself... but they deserve all the success. I've been looking for a nail salon like this for what feels like forever. The difference here is that they genuinely care. From the second you walk in until you leave, you feel taken care of. The lounge chairs are actually comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, the massages are amazing, and nobody rushes through your appointment or cuts corners. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Autumn completely changed my nails. Every other salon kept pushing dip, even though it would always crack and break on me. She suggested builder gel instead, explained why it would be a better fit, and my nails have never looked or felt better. That alone earned my trust. The quality of their work is incredible, and everyone there is kind, attentive, and truly wants you to leave happy. I'm a pretty high-maintenance woman when it comes to beauty services, so I don't hand out compliments easily. This is hands down the best nail salon I've found in Orange County. If you've been bouncing from salon to salon trying to find "your place," stop looking. This is it. read more

So happy to report there is a new owner here with a calming vibe! I have been coming here since 2018 and mostly I've loved it. Loved the first owners and then Tillie. But after Tillie sold about 5-6 months ago, this place felt chaotic and kind of abandoned. But there is a new owner now, and the calm, spa-like vibe is back!! The owner is new and present, which makes a huge difference. I expect positive changes as she makes this place her own. Quite literally the BEST nail salon in Orange County. All of the ladies are so extremely nice and you get to sit on couches while getting your nails done instead of regular chairs and they give you a complimentary drink. i truly would give zero stars if i could. i walked in with my mother around 10:30 in the morning and no one greeted us. one of the staff members looked at us, but that was it. we sat down in the waiting area, and maybe 5-10 minutes later, a group of 3 women walked in and they were immediately greeted, told to pick a color, and have a seat in the pedicure chairs. i got up and told my mother that we would be leaving. i haven't been to this nail salon in 6 years or so and wanted to give it another try, but if that's how some patrons are treated and others don't get acknowledged, it's not a business i want to support. read more

Got me in right away on a Saturday morning. Salon was open, airy, and clean. Staff were so kind with everyone who came in while I was getting my nails done. My nails didn't turn out like I had hoped, so my tech redid them straight away without hesitation and the second time they came out great. Highly recommend! read more

I love coming here! The location is clean and spacious and is so comfortable. It has lots of natural light and a relaxing vibe to it. They have very competitive prices and they never rush me or make me feel like just another customer. I also enjoy the sparkling water and occasionally a mimosa while getting my services done. Everyone on the staff is great, you really can't go wrong with any of their talented manicurists. I had a big ask for a wedding I was in. I wanted something fun, festive and sparkly that would match the wedding's theme of gold and pink. They did an ombré reverse color for me with lots of glitter on the tips. I got so many compliments on my nails and they were exactly what I wanted! They also excel at more day to day styles and never complain as I change shapes, styles and colors often. I recommend the hydrating pedicure. It is with the extra $. My tired feet always feel so much better after the callous remover, paraffin treatment and extra massage time. The last time I came in I had split my big toe nail and was missing a big chunk of my nail with my nail bed exposed. I figured it was just going to look broken and awful until it grew out, but I underestimated the ladies at Polish. They were able to able to patch it up with acrylic and made it look better than before! I am a devoted customer for life now and cannot recommend this team and this location enough. read more

I hate writing bad reviews, but this was quite literally one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. Granted, I was told that new ownership took over two days prior so that might have something to do with it. I called to see if they could take me in the next 15 minutes and they said sure, to come by and they could take me. I was there within 15 minutes as I had told them I would be. However, I was then seated with the nail color options and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes. I noticed all the technicians were nowhere near ready to being done to take me and I had to leave in an hour, so I asked if I should leave. They assured me they were about to take me. More time went by. I ended up waiting over 25 minutes for them to start my manicure from when I first arrived. They should have just told me they were booked when I called about coming in, because to me that is not really being 'available' to take me if I have to wait that long. The receptionist was new and kept taking walk ins even though they had to wait. After waiting all that time and picking the color I wanted, it turned out no one could find the color. So it wasn't really an option to begin with. Since I was in such a rush at this point, I just chose white. It was annoying since I had no idea what colors they really had or didn't have. However, the WORST part about the experience was that as I was waiting, I noticed an ANT crawling on my arm. I brushed it off thinking it might have gotten on me outside walking in. However, as she was doing my nails, I felt something on my other arm and there were two more ants on that arm. I made a comment that it was the third ant I had found on me and the technician goes 'oh yeah we have an ant problem, yesterday one crawled into my bra'. I was horrified. I couldn't relax the rest of the manicure because I kept feeling like ants were crawling on me and since my nails were half done (I would have walked out right then and there if my nails weren't half painted), she told me to just blow on them to get them off. The manicure itself ended up being so rushed and she said she couldn't get all my cuticle off since I was in a rush and it wasn't a great looking job in the end. It wouldn't have been rushed if they had taken me soon after I had arrived. I had allotted an hour and a half! I really feel like I took $50 and dropped it in the toilet and as soon as I went home I wanted to take a shower with all those ants. It was a stressful experience from beginning to end and it should have been relaxing. I will never go back here. read more

I have tried many nail salons but after my best friend introduced me to this fabulous high end facility without the high end cost I was sold!! I get the dip and it has made my nails strong. Once you get dipped you won't want any other polish on your nails. They dry fast and don't chip as easily as other nail polishes. All the girls here are excellent and very professional. This place is not close to my house but I prefer to come here because of the pampering, the quality, the atmosphere and the staff. I came back here for the first time after two years. It was an ok experience. It seemed like they did not have enough staff for a Saturday. It was quite busy and many people were waiting for awhile in the chair. Luckily the chairs are very comfy. I was only getting a pedicure + dip removal and my friend got a pedicure + basic manicure with clear polish. We were there for approximately 2 hours! A lot of the time was waiting during the service so they could help other people. The women were all very friendly which was nice but we were there much longer than anticipated. My pedicure was wonderful and they did a great job. The removal of the dip was not as good. I had glitter dip and there was glitter stuck all over my skin + a lot of left over acrylic. I went home and fixed them myself. It wasn't horrible, but also not my favorite. My friend ended up getting cut on her skin during her manicure and was bleeding. Not sure how that happened...maybe a little too much filing!? Pros: The prices are great and the chairs are very comfortable. Cons: Length of time, minimal staff, acrylic/glitter left on my skin, friend getting cut/bleeding. read more

Won't go anywhere else after discovering this gem. My nail polish has never stayed on so well.

Can't believe this place. They ripped off my actual nail and left a gaping wound which they worked over. I was honestly shocked and unsure of how to react as the nail artist was wiping away the blood. She ignored me when I asked to go wash my hands and continued to work, and I pray the wound won't get infected. After I PAID for them to cause me physical harm, a man then followed me to my car and requested more money without letting me leave since he was blocking my car with his body. I can't wait to go back! Quincy and the team there are great. First of all, I chose this salon over the many in the area because I saw they had alcohol!! As a busy wife and mom, I definitely appreciate a mimosa or two while getting my nails done. And if you want the champagne by itself, it's not bad! If you don't want champagne, they have red or white wine. Second, I was able to book the appointment through Yelp. Quincy's husband Bryan is the one who answered my Yelp message and whom I scheduled with. He replied fast so it was quick and easy. Loved that. Third, they do an amazing job on your nails! I could tell by the pics that were posted on Yelp already, but was really pleased with the way my mani and pedi came out. The cuticles look clean, shape of nails look even, and they have a bunch of colors. They have a nail design artist, however she's limited on what she can but will try her best to give you what you want. This is a newer salon, as they just opened last September, but they already are very busy so I recommend booking an appointment, but they do take walk-ins. read more

Friendly service, good selection of polishes from Essie and OPI, comfy chairs and your selection of beverages: bottled water, Perrier, champagne, red wine, white wine or mimosa. This is perfect for a bachelorette or bridal shower, girls' day or birthday treat. Slightly pricier than others but better atmosphere and well ventilated so you don't get that headache from fumes that you get in chain places. 14 chairs for mani/pedis and two spots for manicures only. They really take their time with the whole process and don't rush you, which I really appreciate it.
