They used a clear hard gel out of a little black container. It was amazing because I had a broken nail of my own that the gel completely fixed/hardened. Paid 145 for the service +plus tip. It was base $75 (I thought this would be $55 because I booked my appointment online and that's what it said) +20 for French, +20 for chrome, +20 for flower, +10 for removal of what I had coming in. She reuses nail files and tips between clients without disinfecting them. There is no visible sanitation station or wipe downs in between clients. Brushes are shared across clients. The floors are consistently dirty and dusty. This is a real fungus and infection risk and people deserve to know before they book. The quality of work has also declined significantly. Manicures feel rushed, hangnails are left unaddressed, and she frequently complains about certain colors or designs being too difficult rather than just doing the job. It does not feel like someone who takes pride in their craft anymore. I wanted to support a small business and I did for a long time. But I cannot in good conscience recommend this place based on what I have experienced and observed.

I've been really into the Hailey Bieber chrome look, usually the white pearl, and this time I tried a pink pearl instead and loved how it turned out. My sets with Michelle have lasted me over 42 days, which is honestly impressive. Once my nails grow out again, I'll most likely be coming back to her. Michelle is calm, patient, listens to what I want, and also gives helpful recommendations when I'm deciding what to do. The salon itself is pretty clean, and I've noticed a sanitizing station near the restroom, which is reassuring. So far I haven't had any issues during the years I've been coming here. For my service, I just did the pedicure with no color. The lady was very professional and had clean tools. I had no problem whatsoever! For parking, it is a little tricky since it's in the corner of a plaza but nothing too difficult! Will say this is only my first visit but I'll happily visit this place again if I'm in the area!
