Called in for two pedicures, they said come now. We waited 30 minutes. A girl who had an actual appointment waited an hour before she was seated AND they over flowed the water in her pedi tub. Once we were sat down we waited another 30 minutes before they started on my pedicure, and still didn't start my cousins for 20 minutes after they started mine. We paid for the same pedicure but got completely different pedicures. I got the callus grater (which I had to come home and use my own cause there was still tons of rough skin), a ONE MINUTE leg massage and the tiniest bit of lotion on my whole leg. My cousin didn't get any sort of skin scraped off her feet, got a 2 minute leg massage with oil which I didn't get. I'm sorry but being at a salon for two hours for a basic pedicure is ridiculous. If you don't have time to do them, turn people away. Also, my polish chipped within two days and I haven't done anything. read more

I understand that there was a sale but for f*** sake, this has got to be the worst service I have ever experienced. I think I'm more pissed that I was stubborn enough to wait 2 1/2 hours. Had a surprise birthday event for my daughter on June 30 at Polish Nail Salon. Debbie, the owner, went above and beyond to accommodate 11 ladies. There were additional artists provided. The artists did gorgeous and professional work on both mani and pedi. We had snacks and mimosas- the salon does have a license to serve liquor! All of the ladies and n our group were extremely happy with the artists finished work. All of the ladies commented on how clean, beautiful and accommodating the salon's staff was. This salon has so many colors, styles and different methods and including dip and chrome- very beautiful ! My daughter loved the event and will be booking events here as well. All services are reasonably priced, my opinion you get more than what you pay for. I have made Polish spa my new go to for mani/pedi service. Very well done Debbie and artists at Polish Spa!!! The decor is beautiful, the staff friendly, tons of color choices and a great menu of services with everything from simple to luxurious. so I visited this place a few times and they did pretty good so far so I continue to go back until I end up going in maybe 45 minutes before closing I try not to visit places before closing because most of the time what happens is the people tend to rush through service my friends that's what happened once the paint on my nail my toenails dried it was horribly painted I called back and spoke to flower who was the young woman who did my nails and she said she would take care of it the next time I came in well here I am today and they don't want to, keep in mind I've been in a several times so we're now familiar with each other I travel a lot so it's nothing to me to take my business elsewhere but I just thought if you would say that you're going to accommodate that you would honor your word instead of having this big making this big deal about it and not accommodating me on the spot on my next visit when I was honest about the last time I came in which was maybe about a month ago and you still don't want to do anything to accommodate you want to first talk about it and state that you you're the manager but you weren't there I don't have time for that nor do I have the patience I work in the service industry and when I say I'm going to a comedy I do it right then and there on the spot I take care of my guest so I expect the same and I did not get it out of this shop therefore I will check you off of my list. This place is awesome! The staffs was friendly with excellent customer service! I got a pedicure which was excellent! She took time and extra care of giving me my pedicure. It was so relaxing and perfect. I also got a full set of nails. Kristy suggest me to do pink and white ombré. I've never had that before. It feels like I'm not even wearing a set of nails it feels and looks so natural also she took time and care with my nails. I absolutely love them. This is the most beautiful place I've ever been to. I saw an advertisement on Facebook for 50% off of services. I was super excited to try this spot out. I chose the valcano pedicure which was advertised as a luxury service...extended message ect. I believe it was advertised at 45-55 minutes, but once my feet came out of the water the technician executed this luxurious spa treatment in under 30 minutes. This service is normally 65 dollars ladies. Never in my life would anyone In their right mind pay for this ridiculous BS. I normally go to Sky Nails in the Fred Myer shopping plaza. I had a mani-pedi there, and I thought Polish Spa was overpriced, PLUS both two or three fingers and toes smeared shortly after I left there. I wasn't exactly treated like a prize, even though it was my first visit, and you'd think I might have received a coupon or something for a second visit. When they opened, they had a special 50% off but REFUSED to take appts. Many of us showed up and they said we needed appts. We told them THEIR employee refused. A woman said they got so many calls, they had to change and take appts. I asked about all the people they refused. She said 10% tomorrow. I told her that was bad business. She wanted to know what that meant, so I explained it. Basically, they did a scam - bait & switch! Have no idea why but we tried it again, twice! We waited and waited but never got called. There were quite a few waiting and only a few workers. When someone who came in after us, was taken before us, we left. We made the mistake of trying it early on a Saturday morning. I told the girl I had arthritis so my hands are sensitive. My mani was poor - nails weren't shaped well or consistent and the polish poorly done. My pedi was only ok and there was quite a bit of polish on my skin. I talked with the woman at the counter and she said they looked fine. The girl I had could have been new but none of us 5 had a good job. The place looks very nice and clean but the women are poor managers. None of us will ever go back. Zero stars. I made an appointment a few days in advance. I arrived 10 minutes early at 10:50AM for my 11AM appointment. I let them know when I arrived I had an 11AM appointment for a manicure and pedicure. They said ok and told me to check in at their iPad. I checked in and waited until 11:29AM. They still hadn't started on me and they were helping seat people who came in after I arrived who did NOT have appointments (I heard the staff ask and the patrons say no) and offering them beverages while they waited. I ended up leaving and going to Pauline's instead where they got me in almost immediately and were very sweet and did a beautiful job! They made me feel like they valued my business. Polish made me feel like they couldn't care less if they got my business or not. Instead of running around seating people who did not make appointments they should have been helping the people who did have appointments and let the others wait. I went in today- which was the Monday after their opening weekend. As a walk in they seated me immediately and got started. I got my dip powder soaked off, a regular manicure, AND a gel polish all done for a total of 17.00 dollars! Since they are still letting new customers use promotions until May 5th! WHAT A DEAL. My friend and I were actually so excited to try a new salon. It's sad to say that I had the worst experience. For one, it was our fault for not calling in to make an appt when we purchased our Groupon. They were nice enough to squeeze us in but it didn't seem like they were busy at all. Mind you, they only had about 2-3 cilents in there. Especially since all we wanted was a regular pedi and gel manicure. So funny because we asked for that, the lady at the front also wrote it down on a card to make a note of what kind of service we wanted. Started with a pedicure which was nice. I was waiting for my complimentary wine because that is what came with the Groupon but they never gave it to me. They seemed like they wanted my friend and I out of their quick, again, they were not busy at all so I don't know what the rush was for. As we were trying to make sure that they are still going gel for our mani, they kept telling us "yes! It's matching!" So of course we just had them do their work since they seemed annoyed and again, rushed. As they were doing our mani, we noticed that the machine to dry for the gel is no where to be found and boom, they were done with our mani. They never did gel on us, which we were upset about. We asked if we can get the gel but said no it's too late. Again, they were NOT busy at all. I saw probably 2 other people in that salon getting a service and employees texting in the back just chilling. I did not feel welcome or feel like they cared doing their work. Probably was looking for a tip, but I for sure didn't. Not coming back here ever again. If you guys want good service, go to Posh Nail that's across the street from them or Nail Trix that's down pac highway. I have been here several times because I really like the service and staff is really friendly. I can literally call and book an appointment immediately. The fact that they also offer beverages is a plus because it's not something you see many nail salons offer (at least the other ones I've been to). Recently though, I have noticed the quality isn't as great as it used to be. Last time I was there, I got a pedicure. My nails weren't cut as short as they usually are and when they grew out (after about a week), the corners were really sharp that it kept getting caught in my socks and scratching against my bed sheets. This time, I asked the guy if he could file down the corners so they're not as sharp. He seemed a little confused about what I was asking for. He's a really nice guy, I just think that if I'm paying like $40 for a pedicure, I want to make sure my nails are going to be done how I want it to be. Other than that, everything was fine but it wasn't until I got home that I noticed my nails weren't completely painted. There were just a couple spots that were missed. I would recommend this place if you're really needing to get your nails done last minute. So to start, this is a very clean lovely place with a large selection of services, polish colors (including shellac and dip powder) and front end staff is friendly and welcoming. However I do have a few issues with this place and decidedly will not ever be returning. I have only been in twice, once on opening day and then again on May 10th for a fill at 10am (both times I was with my friend). Opening day was kind of a nightmare. We set an appointment for 10am and didn't get seen by anyone until nearly 2.5 hours later after we had watched people arrive after us continue to get helped and seated first. There was a lot of confusion at the front desk, everything was all over the place but I mean it's opening day - I totally get it, still have to find your flow. The man that ended up doing my nails seemed overwhelmed with how busy it was and was pretty rude and rough with me - each time he would finish doing something on one hand he would literally throw my hand down or towards me to get it out of his way. I just chalked it all up to opening day stress moved on. We thought we would give it another shot so we booked our fill appointment and came back May 10. 2 of my nails had popped off a day or two before the appointment so it was needed! I go in, we were seated on time to get started - it was a much different scene this time. Very laid back so I enjoyed that part! So as she is doing my nails she decides to take off a few more nails and just redo them. I want to stress that she worked to get them off, they weren't ready to pop like the others were. She said since she is redoing most of my nails at this point she will write down to just charge me for a full set instead of charging me for the refill + a fee for each nail she redid. It was too late now so I said ok! She was very rough on my nails and sanded off the skin around a few of them and kept going even though I verbally said I was in pain & to please go a little easier a few times. She technically put alcohol on them, but not in a "oh my gosh I'm so sorry here let me do something to help you" kind of way, she was just finishing up the shellac. Once we were all done and I got up there to pay - a different lady rang me up and charged me for the fill + a fee for each nail instead of just charging for the full set so the bill, even with their 20% off discount, was astronomical. Right then and there my friend and I both decided we would never return. Flash forward to June 12th and those nails were NOT coming off. Nothing I did would make them budge and my nails were starting to hurt pretty bad. I went into a higher-end, less abrasive, AMAZING nail place that I frequent (and will never betray again) and it took them 3 HOURS to soak the nails off. 3! Even they were like: what did they do to you?! My nails are still super sore and very brittle. So, long story short: Staff can be rude / rough, they don't offer first aid if they create an open wound, they charge for every single little tiny thing, and I don't know what the heck they used on my nails the last time but in the 15ish years I've been getting my nails done at all sorts of different places I have never experienced THAT before. read more
