There were just males working and no one talks at all. A basic pedicure with nothing else was $40. I recently went to Lovely Nails in Bothell and what a difference. The ladies were very chatty, They did a full pedicure and I was there for 1 1/2 hours or a little longer. They charged just $35 for the full treatment. Classy nails is over priced!

It was my first time in the salon and it's so cute and comfortable. I wish I would've taken a picture of my nails, but just imagine very cookie cutter square nails, not filed well, and the polish was so bumpy like oatmeal. I was so disappointed. I actually went home and removed them as soon as possible. When I asked the front to look at my nails, they told me they were bumpy because of the design. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and I never had a nail tech create such a thick and bumpy build up of polish due to a design. I loved the customer service and free first time customer gift. But I will not be coming back.

I was getting what they were saying translated. you have to be careful now with the technology available. they were laughing at the polish I brought in. there was another customer that was complimenting them on their colors they were wearing. they thanked her and then talked in their language about her. I will never go back their only because of their rudeness. like a bunch of hens.
