I've been here twice. The first time was not anything compared to what I just experienced today. This time I brought my sister. I called before and asked if they had time for two pedicures, gel mani, and a fill in. They said yes and to come now-so we did. We had to wait a few minutes which is totally fine and expected. My sister and I both get seated in a pedicure chair next to each other. The one lady starts working on me. She's working on me for maybe 15 to 20 minutes and nobody has seen my sister yet which was kind of frustrating because they said they could accommodate the both of us. Eventually someone came over to my sister and started doing her toes. The guy doing my sisters nails kept getting up to work on someone else though ..My sister finishes before me because she did a regular pedicure and I did a gel pedicure so makes sense that she would be done before me. She gets seated and I'm still not done with my pedicure and another 10 minutes goes by and nobody is doing her nails . finally we're both done and sitting next to each other doing our manicure. this is when things started to get really odd... They were being extremely rough with our fingers, burning us with the files, shoving our hands into the dryers, we noticed that they use the same clippers for everyone!!! my sister even asked to see a different pink color, and the woman got visibly annoyed that she asked for a different color when she didn't even start painting her nails yet which I thought was really rude. As we continue on ,the workers just seemed really confused on what was going on. They kept stopping, kept asking the one woman, May, every question possible and it just seemed really unorganized and like they didn't know what they were doing. Maybe they were having an off day, but this seemed really chaotic and odd. As we're wrapping up to pay, they keep pushing Venmo and cash tips on us and like we both were going to do cash. I handed her two $20 bills and asked for change for both of them. She handed me back one of my 20s because there's a small rip on the corner of it and told me that she couldn't take my 20 and made a whole thing out of it because my $20 bill had a small corner tear. They seem like they just wanted our money and to rush us out of there. I tipped but my sister didn't because she had it way worse than me. We are both extremely disappointed with our experience, them telling us to come in when they didn't even have time to accommodate us, the constant changing between workers for our services, and they are just money hungry I would never go back here and I hate to say that about establishments, but this truly was not a good experience at all. My nails look great though so if you don't care about anything else, then sure try this place out, but their customer service was lacking. read more

This salon doesn't even deserve one star. There are new owners. I went for a mani pedi July 20. They cut the cuticle so bad it took a good 15 mins to stop. They did such a rush job that by the time I got home the corner of my nails started breaking. They didn't even round the corners so my nails were pulling and getting caught on my shirt. Went for a gel manicure last week, and was very disappointed in the service I received. I waited for 30 minutes, watching the technicians give manicures and pedicures, giving each patron their full attention and a back massage after finishing up with them. When the technician started to work on me, a couple of customers walked in, and wanted gel manicures, and gel pedicures. Well, that really changed things quickly. My technician immediately started to take off the polish on one of these women. In the meantime, I had my hands under the UV lamp, drying my gel polish. When I felt my hands had been under the light for way too long, I asked the technician, "what is going on?" She immediately apologized, and started to work on my manicure again. It is not a good idea to keep your hands under the UV lamp for any longer than it takes to cure the gel, so this was definitely wrong. Trying to work on two customers at one time, really isn't fair to either customer, and definitely leaves a lot to be desired. The technician rushed through the final steps of my manicure, forgetting to use a washcloth, put on hand cream, etc. She then presented me with the check, and I asked "where is my back massage?"...I had seen every other woman receive one at the end of their service. The girl who appears to "run" the show there, said "next time"... There will not be a "next time" for me. Too many other nail salons in the area. read more

I came here with my sister, and although every nail technician was busy when we arrived, the wait was only 10 minutes. The only negative is that there are barely any places to sit while you are waiting to be helped. The staff is super friendly and always greets you and says goodbye. Polished Nails was recently renovated after Dunkin Donuts was put next to it, so everything is updated, which was nice because the equipment used to look a little old before renovations. If you have gone here before, there used to be an issue with parking, but after the renovation there are a lot more spots, so parking was a bit of an inconvenience. This is a good nail salon to go to if you are looking for a consistently good job for a very good price. A mani/pedi was only 16 dollars; regular manicures are 6 and regular pedicures are 11. read more

This place is so dirty! They don't sanitize their nail tools after each use and the whole place smells like chemicals - there's no ventilation in the place whatsoever. I left with the worst headache. There was dirt and dust around all the pedicure chairs. The UV sanitizer for the manicure tools was being used as storage. I went in here for a manicure, and then in the middle of it, a lady walked in with her daughter and all the workers starting talking to them and not paying attention to painting my nails. The person doing my nails got up, started taking to the lady, and came back 10 minutes later. She left the nail polish bottle open, so the nail polish was chunky but she continued to put it on my fingers. She got nail polish all over my fingers and didnt bother to clean it. I think an 11 year old could do my nails better. When I was done, she didn't even bother to bring me to the drying machine. She just told me to leave. read more

Unfortunately I was coughing from all the products being used and maybe not enough ventilation. I love my nails! I got tips with powder gel. Their prices are super cheap and you're still getting a great mani pedi. With the pedicures, the seats have all the massage chairs working and they are constantly asking if they're pressing too hard or if the water is too hot, etc. They are very gentle and have sweet staff. Seriously the best deals I have found for a nail salon so far: Mani+pedi = $16 Manicure = $7 Pedicure = $11 Gel manicure: ~$20 I only got it twice here so I don't really remember...but both times it lasted for at least 12 days. They have Essie and OPI and some other brands too, plus a lot of gel colors. It looks ordinary from the outside, but I have never been disappointed. I got a mani/pedi at T.Carlton Spalon and paid well over $40 and it was not as nice as the ones I get at Polished Nails. They are attentive and don't have a snotty attitude. You never feel like you are being rushed out come near closing time. So many places act like you should feel lucky they are serving you, but at Polished Nails they really do make sure you are happy. FYI: If you are paying with a credit card make sure you bring cash for a tip, and make note that the minimum charge is $20. read more

I love getting my nails done here! They are friendly, clean and always do a great job with my nails. Not to mention you can't beat their prices! $15.99 for a mani & pedi, $20 for gel mani and they don't charge to remove your gel if you get a regular mani! My friend who lives 20 minutes away will drive to this nail salon because she loves them so much! One time me and my boyfriends mom came and both got pedicures, both paid separately. I paid 11$ cash for my shitty pedicure ( took five min.) and my boyfriends mom paid $20 on her credit card. except for when she got home and checked her receipt she was charged 31$. So what they did was add both mine and my boyfriends moms service together, even though I paid already in cash. we went back and told them they made a mistake. I'm giving a 4 star because my daughter received an good mani pedi, besides the fact it was 15.99 was great. It was given by a young lady named Sophia( so ask for her and you know you will get a good job. UNFORTUNATELY I received one of the worst jobs ever there. My daughter started her pedi before me by at least 10 min and mine was done first. She basically washed my feet, even the nail painting was bad and bumpy and when I asked her if she can even out the paint, she stated something in her native tongue, never acknowledging my request. Now normally I would have lost it. But I figured for $15.99 why get put out. Lol. and I'm getting ready to leave for vacation, it's not worth it.
