But...unfortunately, they were incredibly sloppy with their powder manicure. I showed them a photo of a design I wanted (mentioned this when making the appointment as well), and when I got there they gave me all confidence they could do it but I could see on the tech's face that she had no idea how to even begin. What I showed them was a very simple Mickey Mouse design (this was after showing them several others and then saying they couldn't do it). What I ended up recording was as something that looked like two cherries hanging off a vine. Keep in mind this for a trip to Disney, so... I will say that their pedicure was great-it included hot stones which I love and the massage was also really good. But, that came at a crazy price. The polish application for the pedicure was also sloppy, when I asked for a simple French. All in all, I left there spending $130, which even by Long Island pricing standards is ridiculous. Regardless of the shotty work, I still remained polite and gracious while voicing my concerns along the way in a nice way because I knew there was a huge language barrier that didn't help matters. I still tipped my tech well because after all she did perform a service, but I know I will not be returning here nor recommending them.

Cici was my technician and was so meticulous throughout my manicure. She took extra care in my cuticles which is always important to me! The first picture is how perfect my nails are today, a week later. I went back for my pedicure today. Lucy was my technician as Cici was busy but Lucy was just as attentive and meticulous. I chose the Mango Spa Pedicure and I can't rave enough about how fantastic my feet look and feel. My legs and the bottom of my feet are as soft as a baby's. The callous remover, skin scrub and 10 min massage is included in the cost! The entire staff is so friendly when greeting you! The spa is big and very clean and organized, filled with customers. A huge plus for me is that they are open 7 days a week! I am thrilled with my new nail salon. Even though they charge a little more than my previous salon, I will gladly pay it because believe me, the way my nails and feet look and the service I received are absolutely worth it! Management is extremely greedy. Went for a gel fill in yesterday- showed the technician an ombre…read morephoto and asked if she would be able to do it. She says yes no problem. Once she starts, it was clear she didn't know how to - totally fine. So we switch to French. The French tips were very thick and also bulky to the point where you could feel the tips were thicker. I paid, tipped $30 and left because I had been there for hours as they took me 45 minutes after my appointment. I also hate confrontation so I didn't say anything (my fault). Next day I call and politely explain the situation. They said no problem. I switched to cat eye - management tries gaslighting me saying my nails were fine and that "there's no one available to fix them now anyway" - not true as I called and scheduled an appointment. Told me it would be a $10 up charge. I politely asked if they could waive the fee for the inconvenience. Was told ok hold on and she walked away. New tech comes and re does my nails and tells me at the end it's an upcharge of $10 - while I understand the charge, and $10 is not a lot, it's the principle. I now paid $10 and tipped the new tech again. $120 in total for a cateye gel manicure and 4 hours of my time. Explained to management I would not be returning and ad I left, management was yelling price differences at me as I walked out. Unprofessional and greedy business.

It included everything, cut & file, cuticle care, exfoliation, a foam masque, hot stone massage, and polish. My feet were definitely overdue for some love, and this felt like the perfect reset! The space is actually really big (way more chairs than I expected), they have a ton of nail polish to choose from ( I think the biggest selection I've ever seen) and they even had the cutest puppy hanging out, maybe a heads up if you have an allergy that might not work for you. Safe to say I'll be back. My only other heads up is, they have the TVs and a radio on all at the same time, kinda blasting, which for me is a bit overwhelming/overstimulating. When they apologized, I was completely understanding and told them it was no big deal at all. I then had a pedicure and a manicure. I had regular Color Street polish on my nails, not gel. The nail tech initially tried removing it with a cotton ball, but because Color Street can be a little more difficult to remove, she ended up using the nail tool to get the rest off. When it was time to pay, I was charged $20 for the manicure, even though I didn't even get polish put on. When I questioned why it was $20, the nail tech explained that Judy, the owner, saw her using the tool to remove my polish and told her to charge me an additional $5. That honestly really rubbed me the wrong way. This was REGULAR nail polish, not gel, acrylic, dip, or anything else that would normally require a special removal service. It simply needed a little more time to remove. After being a loyal customer for over a decade, waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment without complaining, and being completely understanding about the delay, I found it incredibly petty to then add an extra $5 charge because my regular polish took a little longer to remove. It's not about the $5. It's about how you treat a longtime, loyal customer. I would never have expected something like this after coming here for so many years. They are open until 7pm M-F so that works out great with my schedule, going straight there after work! Saturday and Sundays are always very busy so appointments are recommended! Lucy always does my manicures and pedicures although there were times she either wasn't there or working on someone else and I used another technician! I have never left with my nails looking anything short of perfect! I always used to get the gel manicures until one day I saw a customer getting a powder manicure. I tried the powder and I've been hooked since! I will never get any other type of manicure. Since I made the switch, my nails have become much stronger, no chipping and my nails always look like I just walked out of the salon, even 3 weeks after getting them done! The salon is very clean, everyone who works there are always so friendly and it's the most relaxing way to end my day! I have to mention the 10 or 20 minute massage they offer while your old polish, wrapped in tin foil, is ready to be taken off. A dollar for every minute so the $10 dollars I pay for the massage is so well worth it! I have taken advantage of the spa pedicures they offer in addition to the standard pedicures! There are too many to list but the milk and honey and the lavender spa pedicures are the ones I usually getl!! Pampered is pretty much what you receive, for any of their services, so treat yourself and walk out feeling absolutely fantastic!!
