I had a great experience... But I had to stop coming here because I contracted RING WORM and Athletes Foot! I spend over $100 per service for the Top Tier Spa Pedi and back massage. I got ringworm on my back/neck from the massage and the tech not changing their gloves. And I got ring worm all over my neck from the salon not properly cleaning their neck compress sleeves. And horrible athletes foot from the dirty foot baths! I have been in New York for 10 years. Never had an issue like this. I spent way too much money plus a good tip in this salon to have these type of issues. So disappointed! I will not be coming back. They lost a faithful and loyal customer for being lazy and cutting corners and being UNSANITARY! read more

I really tried to like this place for a long time. I was a repeat loyal customer because Zoey is amazing and for the most part, the staff is quite lovely. However every single time I come to this place the woman at the front, Nicole, is so extremely rude and abrasive... and for no reason. She is clearly miserable. I've bitten my tongue so many times but today she decided to yell at me with a salon full of people because I was taking too long to choose my color.... Maybe a little over 5 mins. I couldn't look at the colors that they gave me at the start of my pedicure because my hands were in gloves, with my fingers wrapped in foil to dissolve my gels. Once they were taken off at the end of my pedicure (my hands were burning) I had to choose a color quickly, and I guess my taking too long for Nicole was enough to piss her off to the point she felt the need to come over to my chair (she's never done my hands or feet) and yell at me??!! Who do you think you are? Let's start there Nicole. I'm going though cancer treatment for stage 4 cancer, so getting my nails done is one of the simple joys I have. I just had treatment two days ago and am not feeling great.. so was perhaps not moving as fast as she would like. I'm sorry for taking too long Nicole. You really need to get an attitude adjustment and learn how to speak to people with respect. You don't know what people are going through and by no means do you reserve the right to yell at ANYone for ANY reason. It took everything in me not to fire back but I took the high road. I will NEVER return. In summary, they do have some great nail technicians but if you don't want to be treated like shit for no reason, I would suggest avoiding Nicole all costs or find another place in the area that doesn't get triggered if you need a little time to choose a color. read more

so disappointing and upsetting I would like to start off by saying jay-one you do amazing work me my 2 sisters my 2 daughters and my aunt and a co worker who I have going there because of me but that doesn't matter if you have adhd and or brain fog badly since covid and forget a few appointments not intentionally I may add! you will get blocked from calling and reamed by the owner about how she has to apologize to everyone that comes in after your appointment and how they need to make money like as if I miss my appointment someone comes in and they get taken right away. They're really missing out yea okay! It's also OK when I have an appointment at say 5 PM on a Saturday evening and I'm there for two hours waiting and no one is apologizing to me! I made a 4:00 appointment for my daughter and I to get gel manicures - a treat for her upcoming birthday. While we were waiting, they took a walk in and started my daughter's nails while I waited. My daughter's nails were completely done and the same woman asked about doing mine - I declined, it was getting late and the whole point was for us to get our nails done together, not each wait a half hour at a time. That's why we made an appointment instead of walking in! Her tech did an alright job on her nails. Not the best I've seen, not the worst. But I won't be back, and suggest that if you make an appointment with another person that you ask them to have a second person available for you. read more

Nicole the owner is so friendly! Very professional and talented. I get acrylic coffin nails and they last me longer than two weeks. Also the pedicures are great super relaxing and many options to add on from massage to callus remover and different scents like lavender etc. The price is also totally reasonable. This place is HORRIBLE I have been a customer here since the very day they have opened thier doors and the customer service is absolutely ZERO it is very clear they do not treat all of their customers equally and fairly as a woman of color I'm lucky if i am even greeted at the front door Nicole the owner is very rude and nasty and needs a good lesson in customer service she is cold hearted snappy and money hungry you think her greed would allow her to see the customer is the one bringing in the money. As I stated I have been a loyal long time customer here but today will be my last visit. The staff was really nice and took me in as a walk in but I asked for a gel pedicure and the lady forgot to turn the UV lamp on after one round of nail polish. So it didn't dry right and she had to start all over on one foot. She didn't say anything to me or explain what happened. Then after I left I checked to see if my toes were even dry and they weren't. They are extremely sticky and messed up because she was not using the UV lamp correctly. I'm going to have to go to a different nail salon to get this fixed unfortunately. read more

I have been coming here for a few months and they always did an amazing job. I called to make an appointment and was informed that the woman I usually see is no longer working there, which was fine I said I would see someone else. I went in and James took care of me he was a very rough taking off my previous powder gel and used the drill too much on my natural nails. I had a red color on prior and could still see red he said he would take care of it. I asked for my nails to be cut short and the two hands were uneven which I asked him to fix. I then asked for a glitter ombré, he proceeded to cover the entire nail in glitter and Nicole the owner had to instruct him how to do it. He then filed off the polish with the drill and when I asked if the color needed to be reapplied since he filed it off he said no. He then applied the correct glitter that Nicole showed him. It is very uneven in spots. I then at the end asked him if he could please clean the red off my fingers they were covered which happens I understand. He took a washcloth and wiped my finger I asked for a cotton swab with nail polish remover he cleaned one finger and I had to do the rest. I still have the red from the previous color on my nails and I had been there for almost 2 hours and couldn't stay any longer. I would have been fine if he would have just said can't do that design. read more
