There's two things in the Midwest that hit harder than anywhere else. The that's big sliced bomb pizza and emo music. Politos pizza has a spread of diff slices. The size of your head. I ended up bringing a bag of vegan cheese and they made the best vegan pizza if had in a minute! There's a few arcade games and a bunch of places to sit. Some friends said they were bringing over pizza. I was so glad because I was super hungry. They got them at Polito's and I was very disappointed. I've had better pizza from the grocery store freezer. Crust was fair, meaning I have had worse. Almost no sauce. If it was there it either evaporated or just decided to leave such a sad pie. The cheese was skimpy in my opinion. The crust seemed to me to be a thin crust, maybe they have a thick crust which is better. read more

When you first walk in, you just get the feeling of small town, family pizza place. Local teams Jersey's on the wall! The pizza doesn't look amazing through the display but they heat it up after you order and it's great! Very little grease on the slice-by-slice pizza as well. I've only ordered one full pizza from this place and it was a little greasy but that's my only complaint! Well deserved 5 stars! read more

Ordered a couple slices of the Mac and cheese pizza for some students ..... and, of course, garlic knots. The gentleman who answered the phone could not have been more helpful! He shared the fact of the Tuesday pizza special! The pizza was wonderful! The slices were very generous; much larger than I expected! The garlic knots were so heavenly! Up til recently, Polito's was, without exception, the best pizza I've ever had in my life. A fresh gyro pizza from them would be so good you'd forget your name. The chicken bacon ranch pizza never failed to delight a crowd of my fiends. Regrettably, the former owner/manager left a few years back to become a police officer. While I wish him well in that endeavor (he always seemed like a great guy and would probably be a fine officer), whoever is running the place now really doesn't seem to care about the product. Service here wasn't always stellar, but it's a college pizza shop so I never cared, especially because (and this is the point) the pizza was AMAZING. Now, the last three visits or so, the pizza is only 75% of what it used to be. What used to be an incredible slice of supreme pizza, covered with so many toppings you couldn't see the cheese, is now an acceptably pleasant slice with some toppings haphazardly tossed in the center. The pizzas that were formerly gorgeous works of art are now prone to lots of burned bubbles of crust on each pie since no one can be bothered to properly distribute sauce and cheese across the crust surface. The slices that used to be fresh and crisp when emerging from the reheating oven now have bits of blackened debris stuck on the bottom of the crust because the new staff is apparently disinterested in cleaning out the oven now and then. This may sound like petty whining but 3-4 years ago the people who ran this place took pride in themselves and what they did. This is sadly no longer the case, and it's starting to show in the product itself. Considering how good the pizza used to be, I'm very disappointed to see it go downhill. If anyone involved reads this, I really hope you will please step up your game. Your pizza used to be the stuff of legends. It's still pretty good, but it's not what it could be. read more

Won't take responsibility for cold pizza delivery. Order from Politos through Eatstreet. Pizza took almost 30 minute to get here after the delivery person left Politos. Politos says it's Eatstreet's responsibility to get the food delivered hot. OK Eatstreet won't take responsibility. SO that leaves me with $30 worth of cold pizza with no accountability. Regardless of who is responsible you still have a customer that isn't happy and you aren't willing to make it right. That puts it back on Politos door step because ultimately it's their product and their reputation. Hope you enjoyed the sale because this will be my last. read more

I do love a good slice of pizza. If you are in a rush and looking for a good slice, this is it. I have tried the cheese (depending on who makes it, the cheese gets a little darker than I like) pepperoni, bbq Hawaiian and mac and cheese. All of which are very good. Customer service could be better but it doesn't take away from the pizza. read more

$3.25 (plus you leave the change in the bucket for the young kid behind the counter as opposed to the seat of your car) and you've got a 4 dollar slice of crappy pizza! Suggest buying a whole pizza somewhere else, eating a couple slices, giving the rest to a hobo and have a nice day. Standard pepperoni is bad enough, don't suggest the speciality pizzas they've come up with, they're worse. read more

Big portion! I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni for my son and I. Typically he can eat almost a whole pizza by himself but we were only able to finish about half. I have came here many times and every time there is no ice. There is never more than 6 pizzas out and they look old. They are open late because they are near campus but they stop making items at a certain time which is frustrating. They also don't have cinnamon knots which is disappointing read more

Outstanding!!!! I have seen many pizza places in the Midwest that are very bad. But, this place is much different. The other places I have been to make paper thin crust with sicky-sweet sauce, and cornmeal on the bottom. But here at Polito's, they have nice, thick crust and savory sauce. It is by far one of THE BEST pizza places in the Midwest. The staff is extremely nice. They are very friendly and conversational. It makes the dining experience that much more comfortable. I would recommend Polito's to anyone looking for a great pizza place that is family-friendly and affordable. read more

Politos Pizza is one of those little Gems on the University of Oshkosh Campus that I think is often overlooked by most. We've been there three or four times and enjoyed it each time. We'd generally order a whole pie and split three ways, plenty fo eat. The crust was home made, not a frozen cookie cutter crust and the sauce was nice and tangy. Plenty of toppings and cheese made our meal complete. The only issue I've always had was eating on a paper plate (the cheapest available) and using plastic forks, again, really cheap ones. We'd generally cut through the plates and break the plastic forks/knives during the meal.One time, thinking ahead we brought some plastic plates and real stainless to make the meal easier for us.I'd recommend Pollitos over many of the national chains any day, pricing and quality is much better! read more

The service here is mediocre if at all any the delivery times are between 4pm and 12am that doesn't help people that get out of work after 1am and want some pizza and so are the store hours they suck and the pizza isn't that good either read more

I have been eating at polito's for the last six years. I love it. It's a quick, easy, slice of pizza with many different flavors. BUT, tonight was my first night i really had a problem with this establishment. I spent over $20 on slices of pizza for my group and when i asked if i could get a cup for water i was told that they did not serve water after midnight and that i could purchase bottled water. I have never ran into this problem before and was extremely frustrated. The employee told me that if i wanted free water there was a bathroom in the corner. I asked for the contact information for a manager to bring up my concerns and the employee was rude and would not give me any information. I love local businesses and would normally recommend polito's to a friend, but they will no longer be getting my business or recommendation. read more
