Found not one, but two hairs in two separate pizza slice boxes while dining in. Super slice was doughy and had a small thin layer of raw dough. The cheese cups were old and crusty. Been sitting in a black cup way too long. read more

My goodness this was just terrible. Pizza of the day-burnt with super small sausages. I went to replace the slice and the photos are what I got. Just a joke. After cutting into what I already thought was a terrible slice of pizza, I attempt to quench my thirst with a CherryCoke and not to my surprise as the entire meal has to be bad-flat over-carbonated soda. Just a terrible day here. I should have taken photos of the first slice. Literally everything was burnt. This place is know for great pizza but have fallen short it seems. If I could explain my job...I would pretty much tell yah I'm Jane Smith from the movie "Mr. and Mrs. Smith"...err with out the assassin part! haha. I've been in the office since 9am and It's now 830p and I'm still here. Called Rocky's during an Asia Pac conf call and had my pizza delivered. THAT part of this small college town made me feel like I was back at home. My pizza came in 30 minutes and I'm munchin on some seriously cheesy pizza! Wisconsin is the dairy capital of the world yanno. Nice thick crust, yummy toppings and again, did I mention CHEESE?! That might be the only thing that my boss will be able to use to bribe me to come here again. read more

where i live there aren't too many places that will deliver but Rocky's is one of them. I have to wait a little longer due to where they are and where I am so I always hope the wait is worth it. Sometimes it is, but mostly it isn't as they forget parts of the order most of the time. Last time it was my super slice and now i am waiting on the breadsticks and 2 liter from my order. Don't think it takes that long to peek in the bag or double check the receipt to make sure the whole order is there before sending the delivery driver all the way here. read more

Called at 5PM this evening to place the simplest of orders. I said I would like to place an order for pickup. I would like the March special, the large Rockfather. Gal on the phone has no idea about anything. She asks me if I am Keith?? I said I NO. I told her my name and gave my phone number. THREE times, I had to repeat the simplest of orders and give my contact info again and again. 15 minutes later, a 608 area code shows up on my phone, and I think telemarketer. I hesitantly answer and it is some guy trying to get my address for delivery. I tell him, I had to give my order 3 times, FOR PICKUP, because the girl has no clue, destined to a life of low pay. I told that young man to stick that pizza up his A**. 7:45PM this evening, they call me to tell me that my pizza was ready for pickup. I will never support this Wisconsin business again. Basically pizza hut with a more obnoxious thicker crust. Soggy uninspired and just plain boring. This pizza is nothing to rave about. Just goes to show that you can't trust yelp all of the time. This is a great fast food pizza joint. The crust is soft and sweet (I don't know how they do it), and the toppings are huge. I personally love the sausage. Don't forget their breadsticks with nacho cheese dipping sauce. read more

Delivery driver wasn't carrying any change at all for some reason. Why wouldn't a delivery driver have change while on a delivery? I said I was paying with cash. Irresponsible and then they wanted me to call in and pay with a credit card? Not everyone wants to pay with credit cards for everything. I wasn't comfortable giving my card number over the phone and had to either leave a $10 tip for a 9$ order or what? What else could I do? Their pizza is also almost always burnt.
