The clinic is short-staffed, its response time is sub-standard, and its financial department appears not to function. I encountered these problems after a failed implant procedure in December 2024. My dental insurance partially covered this, and I paid the rest. Dr. Shah suggested she would do a complimentary 'courtesy' gum procedure instead, as a credit for the failed implant. However, after obtaining second opinions, I decided not to proceed with the gum procedure and requested reimbursement instead. I informed Dr. Shah on September 22, 2025. On November 4th, Dr. Shah emailed me, saying that she would look into the billing because they had been short-staffed, which is why there was a delay. I sent Dr. Shah a reminder on February 4, 2026 (three months later), but I still haven't heard back. It appears that the staffing issues continue. BEWARE when you select a clinic!

It's crazy to me that my bite could be so problematic and he took my braces off just like that without addressing the problem. My teeth sit directly on top of each other - no overbite but no clear underbite either. If he did not suggest pulling my upper premolars, my upper palate probably wouldn't be as tiny as it is and this wouldn't be as much of a problem. Also I remember this guy being so terribly rude. He thinks because he works with kids he can just say whatever he wants. I had many healthcare providers as a child and as an adult and I remember only hating this dude of all my doctors. He was awful. Do not recommend at all. I suspect I have grounds for a lawsuit but the statute of limitations is probably surpassed.

I paid for the visit and made my next appointment and went to the waiting room. After waiting at least 40 minutes I went to the desk and was advised he was not going to be until 12:15 pm. I told them I had to leave for another appointment and could not wait. I was asked it I wanted to make another appointment to see the doctor. Why this was my appointment? I proceeded to my next Doctors appointment and after relaying my story he told me I should let the doctor office know how unhappy I was . Today I called and not only did I not get I am sorry I got told that when I made the appointment for yesterday I was told Dt Campollataro would not be in till 12 :15. That is just an out right lie. I do not want to spend 2 hours ( of which 1 1/2 hours waiting in the waiting room. She had no excuse why he was not there 6 months ago. So one night, I had a ridiculously painful situation, my last wisdom tooth was grinding against another tooth and developed a cavity where they met. Very painful. So I got a nerve block, saw my regular dentist and he took a xray and told me I need oral surgery after packing and sealing the affected area. So I scheduled the procedure at one of their offices. My first appointment, I took a day off from work, arranged for a ride, went to the facility, and they thought I was supposed to be in a different office. So I rescheduled. Weeks go by as I wait for the new appointment. I show up a second time, and they thought I cancelled the appointment. I do no such thing. The third time, the screwed up again. It took me getting on the phone, acting like a Karen, yelling at them for me to be seen. And then upon arrival, the rates that I expected to pay, they were now hundreds higher. If you are planning on using their main facility in Randolph, this has more doctors, but if you want to use a satellite office, don't waste your time. I am not the only person who this happens to - incompetent scheduling department, either incompetent or purposely misstating costs, and all around a bad experience. Avoid this practice. If your dentist is referring you, ask for another practice. Tell them you don't have time for fun and games, lying staff, bad schedules, and sitting down expecting one price and then learning its several hundred more on game day.
