So one night, I had a ridiculously painful situation, my last wisdom tooth was grinding against another tooth and developed a cavity where they met. Very painful. So I got a nerve block, saw my regular dentist and he took a xray and told me I need oral surgery after packing and sealing the affected area. So I scheduled the procedure at one of their offices. My first appointment, I took a day off from work, arranged for a ride, went to the facility, and they thought I was supposed to be in a different office. So I rescheduled. Weeks go by as I wait for the new appointment. I show up a second time, and they thought I cancelled the appointment. I do no such thing. The third time, the screwed up again. It took me getting on the phone, acting like a Karen, yelling at them for me to be seen. And then upon arrival, the rates that I expected to pay, they were now hundreds higher. If you are planning on using their main facility in Randolph, this has more doctors, but if you want to use a satellite office, don't waste your time. I am not the only person who this happens to - incompetent scheduling department, either incompetent or purposely misstating costs, and all around a bad experience. Avoid this practice. If your dentist is referring you, ask for another practice. Tell them you don't have time for fun and games, lying staff, bad schedules, and sitting down expecting one price and then learning its several hundred more on game day.

Reading some of the negative reviews, it's hard not to notice how much some people seem to focus on finding fault. The team here works hard every day and provides a valuable service. Instead of looking for reasons to complain, perhaps more people should recognize the effort and care that goes into what they do. I highly recommend this place and appreciate everything the staff does. Keep up the great work!

They said I would pay $700 dollars without insurance. For that reason only I purchased a second insurance for this year. I would pay $200 dollars out of pocket. I paid $270 when the fillings were done in April. In August, new bills were coming saying I owed them $260 dollars! I checked with them, they billed insurance for over $2000 and insurance covered $700. They still charged me for over $550. One charge was back to February hygiene, for some cancer screening which was never heard of. People are nice there though. But you know and feel that they are doing whatever they can for money.

While I was worried about starting with someone new, Dr. Goldberg alleviated my fears immediately on the first visit. Dr. Goldberg is extremely knowledgeable in multiple fields of dentistry, He is always professional and reasonable when you deal with him. I was very nervous and had my hands up near my head, he pulled my hands down to my sides and pulled my head back. Many people are fearful of the dentist; he told me that I was abnormal. This is so unprofessional, and I will never go back, so if you're a chicken like I am you must avoid Dr Ira Goldberg.

It wasn't just about teeth, but the way your whole head works together with your teeth and affects the quality of your health. I'll go over my first visit so you can get an idea of how thorough the office runs. And this is even before my first cleaning, which I scheduled for next week. The first appointment involved X-rays and an evaluation. They took a panaramic X-ray which went all the way around my head, and then the standard X-ray where they make you bite down on a piece of plastic. Then they checked the gums and took pictures of each tooth. They explained how my bite is causing two of my bottom teeth to wear away and how that might cause other problems with my molars. They even showed an animation to illustrate the problem and compared it to video of my teeth. I was told to wear a night guard at night and how that might relieve the wear on my teeth and even reduce headaches in the morning. No one has ever taken the time to really evaluate all aspects of my teeth and the relationship that might have with my overall health. Overall, the reception desk was extremely friendly and informative. The dental assistant was honest, helpful, and caring, offering me advice about my breath, cavities, whitening, and just life in general. Joseph was also very kind and offered great advice. I look forward to my future visits!

The clinic is short-staffed, its response time is sub-standard, and its financial department appears not to function. I encountered these problems after a failed implant procedure in December 2024.
