It's crazy to me that my bite could be so problematic and he took my braces off just like that without addressing the problem. My teeth sit directly on top of each other - no overbite but no clear underbite either. If he did not suggest pulling my upper premolars, my upper palate probably wouldn't be as tiny as it is and this wouldn't be as much of a problem. Also I remember this guy being so terribly rude. He thinks because he works with kids he can just say whatever he wants. I had many healthcare providers as a child and as an adult and I remember only hating this dude of all my doctors. I paid for the visit and made my next appointment and went to the waiting room. After waiting at least 40 minutes I went to the desk and was advised he was not going to be until 12:15 pm. I told them I had to leave for another appointment and could not wait. I was asked it I wanted to make another appointment to see the doctor. Why this was my appointment? I proceeded to my next Doctors appointment and after relaying my story he told me I should let the doctor office know how unhappy I was . Today I called and not only did I not get I am sorry I got told that when I made the appointment for yesterday I was told Dt Campollataro would not be in till 12 :15. That is just an out right lie. I do not want to spend 2 hours ( of which 1 1/2 hours waiting in the waiting room. She had no excuse why he was not there 6 months ago. So my advice to anyone if you want to pay for a periodontist do not book an appointment there before asking if the Doctor was in. They said I would pay $700 dollars without insurance. For that reason only I purchased a second insurance for this year. I would pay $200 dollars out of pocket. I paid $270 when the fillings were done in April. In August, new bills were coming saying I owed them $260 dollars! I checked with them, they billed insurance for over $2000 and insurance covered $700. They still charged me for over $550. One charge was back to February hygiene, for some cancer screening which was never heard of. People are nice there though. But you know and feel that they are doing whatever they can for money.
