    More mold...

SLOWEST Pollo Tropical in Miami. And I've been to them all. Took us 30 min from start to finish to pay and collect our food. When I asked the girl for sauce, she never acknowledged me. Then, she stared at me and asked, "Yes...Can I help you???" when I never drove away. I calmly reminded her my sauce wasn't in the bag. She realized her mistake. Oh, and by the way...avoid the flan at all costs. My husband was halfway finished with the first one when he noticed the second (see pic). Ugh...

By far worst place to represent pollo tropical a week ago I went to this place to order and they have by far the worst food in Miami even though without knowing I place an order with DoorDash thinking it was the one in Miller and I got this place again. 1st issue: rice was never cooked it was so hard to swallow that I actually made rice at home to eat their food 2nd issue: the black beans tasted like out of the can 3rd issue: I order cilantro sauce and of course I received none 4th issue: the chicken was so burnt and dried I couldn't eat it 5th issue: an hour after and I'm still on the phone trying to reach them

Unfortunately 3 out of 5 times we buy from the drive thru when arriving home we find overcooked chicken, dried, sometimes burned. Not only that but the black beans are 80% liquid and 20% beans, when you order a family meals we are lucky if we all get to have some frijoles.

Yellow rice and VEGETABLES with chicken....

Yellow rice and VEGETABLES?! There are NONE. The only reason there's corn is because I paid for an extra topping. Didn't add any sauces to the order.

I have been hitting this Pollo Tropical location for the past couple of years. The food is consistently good. It is not high end or organic, but it is pretty good quality for being so inexpensive. We feed 4 people for around $20 - it is almost impossible to do that anywhere else. We almost always get a whole chicken, plus 2 large sides (beans & rice) and fried yucca. We have eaten inside a few times, but we mainly get take out. The dining room can get messy at times, but overall it is pretty clean. I have never been through the drive through, but it is always packed. The service is always pretty good and the food comes out quickly as well, with no mistakes. I am a big fan of all of the sauces - I like the curry and the peri peri sauce.

Everything was amazing, from the food and drinks to the music. The highlight was our amazing waiter, who went above and beyond, even making my son's year by gifting him Pokémon cards. Today definitely reminded me why I keep coming back after so many years.

Tacos and Tattoos used to be a very small place in Sable Chase that was always crowded, but it was…read morefamily-owned, the food was great, and the environment was always friendly and kind. Since they've moved to this bigger location, they've done nothing but grow themselves into a restaurant that has tasteless food, charges WAY too much money or overcharges you, as I will show from my pictures. They seem to have lost all those family values and now just sell food that has very little flavor. What the southerners say is, "they got a little too big for their britches." Today, after a very long time of not going there, I thought to try again as I used to love having their crunchy little hard shelled tacos. Since today is $2 taco day, what better day to go, right? As you can see, from the first image, these are being sold as their $2 tacos. I can assure you these are not even close to being actual or normal sized tacos. They're more like little chips. They got the smallest little flower tortilla they could find, put a little bit of meat on there and some toppings, and that's what they're calling their "tacos." They didn't even have any flavor to them. Then I asked for a little bit of their salsa, which I used to love getting their salsa and chips for free. The girl charged me $1.50 for this teensy little thing of salsa and didn't disclose that to me. I get the bill that I think is going to be $6.00, and when I questioned her because it was over $8.00, only then did she disclose the $1.50. She also did not provide me or my friend an itemized bill even when she took my credit card. If you're going to charge that much money for something so small, the waiter or bartender should disclose that to the customer so they have a choice as to whether they want to pay that much money for something so small. This used to be a great place to eat with really good, tasty food, and now it's just become a flavorless, overpriced mexican restaurant. Very sad. I will never spend my money there again. I wouldn't suggest you do either.

We also ordered the chuzo desgranado poa-pao and it was delicious big enough to split with someone. We ended up taking almost half home. The sauces they had were delicious. We will definitely go again and try their other items because these were delicious. And the prices were good. It was a good value for what you're getting. Definitely will return. The service was really good. The lady there was very sweet and explained everything and was very nice. The ambience of the place is super cute small place with about six or seven tables.

This particular location is probably the best one I've been to. They have something for everyone including burgers, sandwiches, gyros, wraps, and of course onion rings and fries. My favorites are the Grilled Chicken Pita Wrap and Gyro Wrap. They're somewhat the healthier options but of course, I cannot resist ordering some Mozzarella Sticks and Onion Rings. Both are perfectly cooked and crispy. I also tried their Philly but it was kinda too plain for me. Now they have a new $6.99 menu for budget-conscious eaters. It offers a sandwich with fries which is a great value. This place is still a staple among the fast food restaurants in Miami. What I like the most about Miami Grill is they actually prep everything fresh rather than microwave like the usual burger chains counterparts.

Overall, highly recommend coming here for the cheese steaks subs sub (combo order #2). The best cheese steak sub we've had in Miami! Service: 10/10 Friendly. Prompt. Lou, the customer service representative, was extremely helpful & nice!! Happily served us and was very kind!!! Made our experience way more memorable & enjoyable than expected! We also got a side of fries, and let me tell you, they're easily in my top 10 fries of all time; crispy, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. My burger? Possibly the best burger I've ever had. The combination of savory bacon, spicy jalapeños, creamy guacamole, and the sweetness of the pineapple sauce made every bite an explosion of flavor. The restaurant itself is small but cozy, with a super cool vibe, decorated with guitars, paintings of artists, and a rock-inspired theme. On top of the amazing food, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I could easily eat their burgers three days in a row and wouldn't get tired of them. If you love burgers, you NEED to try Rock That Burger. I'll definitely be back!
