Service was amazing! The waiters were very attentive and quick. The booths are super comfortable and the staff really gives it a homey vibe.Food came out super hot! The flavors were amazing. This is definitely my new weeknight spot. The menu is packed with options and the daily specials are something to look forward to. The portions are HUGE. My leftovers are definitely going to be my lunch for tomorrow!

11/03/25 Ordered breakfast and had a piece of PLASTIC in my Mouth. Plate was cracked I called Manager and nothing was done. This place is horrible

Nasty lechon bowl, rather pork fat bowl.

Disappointed. I have been coming here for over 20 plus years. I recently purchased take out for a lechon bowl and pan con bistec. However both were really disgusting. The bowl was mainly nasty pork fat... picture attached. The pan con bistec tasted horrible as if the steak had been fried in the same oil as fish. I went back the next day to talk to a manager all she said was she did not know how that happened, was sorry and refunded me the money for the only the bowl. Customer service lacks. Not the way to treat a loyal customer of over two decades.....

First time coming here and the food was pretty good. Arroz imperial had a lot of chicken, good flavor and cheesy. The pork loin was the special of the day and it was delicious. I'm giving them a 3.5 because the bread was stale and the flan was the worst I've ever had. It had a flavor that is not typical in any flan I've ever had. The service was good and I think it's a good neighborhood Cuban restaurant.

    The BEST cafe con leche.

Five stars because it's hard to find really good carne empanadas the way you make them at home. Juicy, flavorful and full of carne. Also they cafe con leche is definitely caffeinated and creamy. I always come here when I fly in from NYC. This is the place to go if you're dreaming of good empanadas and cafe con leche.

Food was very delicious. I was attended very well. And constantly asked if everything was okay! There was no wait time. Recommend eating here anytime.

    Interior update! Beautiful!

We've been coming to this Rinconcito for a few years, and always had good experiences. They serve your typical Cuban fare, met with good prices and short wait times. Our usual meal here is breakfast, which never disappoints in both taste and amount. El desayuno Rinconcito includes a mountain of food l, and the ever addictive Cafe con Leche. On the latest visit, we were surprised to see they had undergone a full renovation. The new decor and furniture is modern, and reminds me of your higher end Cuban cafes. Service remains reliable and consistent and overall, we think this place is a great spot for the Hammocks area.

I haven't even tried the sandwiches yet, but every time I look around, somebody has one, so clearly they know something I don't! The whole experience is what makes this place special though. Live music, great drinks that actually have FLAVOR, generous portions, and such a fun atmosphere. I love sitting outside in the back with the fans going and the band playing. For a minute, you really feel like you've been transported somewhere else and you forget you're sitting in the middle of Miami. The service is quick and gets the job done, but I HAVE to shout out the man running the front! I don't know his name, but if you've been here on a busy weekend, you know EXACTLY who I'm talking about. Phone, walkie talkie, iPad, reservations, people everywhere... and somehow he's running the whole circus like a boss! Shoutout to the bartenders, cooks & servers too because everybody back there is WORKING! Old's Havana is already a tourist favorite, but coming from a local, I'd eat here every other day if I could. Come experience the sounds, energy & flavors of Little Havana for yourself! And when you sit down and start looking at that menu... remember this review. GET. THE. CHICKEN!!! The shop is small with only the shared outdoor seating with other nearby restaurants. The Pan Con Bistec was very tasty and I liked the crispy bits inside. The flavor of the sauce could have been more pronounced but otherwise a really good sandwich. The Pan con Lechon was okay overall because it tasted very one note flavor and texture wise. The meat was moist and tender but I preferred the Bistec and the Cubano. They also provided a garlic dipping sauce which was very flavorful. However I felt that it overpowered a lot of the sandwich flavors. I also got the Mamey Batida which was smooth and subtle with its sweetness. My first time having a Batida and I really liked the consistency but will probably be choose a different flavor next time.

During live performances, one waitress would get up on stage and play instruments and at other times bartenders would join in. I was truly smiling from ear to ear all night. I drank delicious mojitos all night and even with a packed venue the drinks came out extremely fast! Although the restaurant was packed, our waitress remained extremely kind and attentive throughout the night. To me, the food was just good. We had the Jamón Serrano Croquetas to start. They were a little cold for my taste and not the best I've ever had but they weren't bad. My husband really loved his skirt steak ropa vieja and didn't leave a single grain of rice. I opted for the rabo encendido pasta. I like that they weren't skimpy on the rabo. The downside of this place is that to maximize space, you're packed in like sardines. The tables are basically on top of each other. A larger sized person would not fit getting in and out of their seat and my husband was constantly backing up into the people seated behind him. Overall, this is a place you definitely visit for the atmosphere above food. I will 100% be coming back for drinks, appetizers and more live music. It is an incredible spot especially for those looking for Cuban nostalgia.
