The X manager kathy gave a 2 week notice but then came in the next day worked till I got there And left she brought her body guards in big bodies her daughter. And the big assistant manager. She called the district manager and said she was scared . Can you believe what I had to deal with everyday. They had Malinda A Mexican East L.A. DM come all the way to Pollock Pines. She tried to tell me she was there to help me run store, she asked about dress code of my employees, while as a while she had no professional clothing on . So I end this with A big thank you all the customers who shopped, and supported me as the Store Manager that cared for his store ,his employees, and most of all ,my customers.

To my surprise the store was clean, quiet, and good vibes. They have all the new goodies that are floating all around online! Other consumers were also very friendly while shopping! The inline department says they won't canc el the order because it's shipped. I am going to file a dispute with my bank and have the charges to my debit card reversed. I am also being treated rudely by the Placerville store employees. I wish that I could give a negative stay review. I will instead tell everyone I know to avoid Dollar Tree and never shop there again!

I've been through 2 very serious surgeries in the past couple of years and I cannot possibly recommend the entire pharmacy staff enough, especially the head pharmacist Maureen. they are all unbelievably understaffed and overworked, yet.....so amazingly find a way to be accomodating, efficient, and come thru for me when needed. I love being signed up for home delivery of both in-store items or prescriptions! Delivery convenience is such a luxury to have when you are not able to easily get around. And how do they all maintain such a positive friendly outlook when so slammed with work day in and day out unrelenting being short staffed and so overworked? Really heroic examples we could all emulate. Being frugal due to so many medical bills, I find the store prices very reasonable and shop their sales. Some items usually stay out of stock, like my 2% milk not being a grocery store, but there are so many groceries to choose from. There is a grocery store closeby to do a food shop but I seldom can't find what I need in all departments so well stocked while there. It carries the same type of stock as any grocery chain but on a smaller scale. The market has a sandwich deli to order fresh sliced sandwich meats and custom sandwiches. But I got a "beef" with them. All these years I was not told that with my sandwich order, I can get a free fountain drink or bottled water. What the hey?!? The deli counter person nor the cashier ever told me. Not until my last visit a few weeks ago. The cashier was great, she even asked a runner to grab me a bottled water. But he came back to say they were out. Seriously?! It's a grocery store ... no bottled water? Sure. Good grief. I would have taken a room temp bottle. Not really vibing with Holiday Market anymore.
