They both worked their butts off trying to find us the perfect home and perfect mortgage loan and both deserve all the commission fees for making it happen. After 4-5 months, she worked so hard to get me the loan approved up to the nick of time. For all first time home buyers out there, make sure you have a real brick and mortar bank or reputable one with the funding already in place.
