Food: I did not order food, however, I did order three cocktails. Each one was excellently made. The cocktails are priced around $13-15, which is typical for a cocktail bar. They have other options too such as beer, wine, and mocktails. The cocktails are definitely strong, but in a sour-sweet way. Very refreshing! 5/5 Service: I arrived right when they opened(4 pm on Thursday) so the service was perfect! But considering it is located in Downtown Lemont, I can imagine it can get crowded at night or over the weekend. 5/5 Ambiance: a lot of seating and located in a cute spot in Downtown Lemont where you can get pizza at Wooden Paddle or bar hop! The environment was clean and orderly. I would come back for sure! 5/5 Overall:15/15

Fantastic experience here, first timers. Showed up at about 5pm on a Friday and found a great table, very comfy seating. Great service, tasty drinks, try the breadsticks for nourishment. Cozy, great music playlist, great location.

Pollyanna Social is the spirits sister to Pollyanna Brewing just down the street. It's a little more dressed up than the brewery, but an overall casual and fun atmosphere. The servers were super knowledgeable! The drinks were tasty and priced as expected. The food is limited to snack bites, but you can order in food if desired. The patio is on the side street and has a generally good ambiance. I'm

Extremely impressed with our first to visit to Pollyanna Social (and Lemont!). I've only known Pollyanna as a brewery, having visited their outpost in Roselle many years ago. But, they actually began in Lemont, a lovely, quaint little town about 45 minutes west of Chicago. Reminded me of towns like Idaho Springs in Colorado or the Somervilles and Metuchens of yesteryear in New Jersey, a few blocks of lovely main street with a lot of cool things going on. Perhaps nowhere more than here. A chic interior leads to friendly service and great vibes, really a one-of-one for this kind of place. Dozens and dozens of unique drink offerings and their own spins on classics. I was really impressed with my Oak & Amaro, basically a barrel-aged gin version of a Manhattan stirred with cynar and basil shrub. You don't see many spots doing shrubs, and while it may have been a touch strong on the aroma, it was really well executed. I'm not sure how many times we'll be in Lemont, but when we are this is absolutely a must stop. Cocktails are quite reasonably priced and it's just a friendly atmosphere with quality drinks.

Hidden gem in the downtown Lemont area! We came in for a friend's birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of cocktails. Prior to entering, I noticed a sign outside noting a special of the day. When I asked our server what it was, I was informed that they were out of the option and were willing to substitute with a kiwi pineapple margarita. Since it sounded delicious, I had no concerns with being their guinea pig. Boy was I glad I did. The other menu cocktails I had were also great (Cowboy Coffee and Sazerac) though it's hard to compare to New Orleans Sazeracs. All in all, if there's a reason to be remotely in the area- you'll find me saddled up at this bar.

Came to Pollyanna Social with a larger group. The cocktail lounge recently updated their furniture layout to accommodate a large central communal table right off a new makeshift entryway. Our server Emma was on top of checking on our table, refilling waters, and getting our drinks over in a timely fashion. She also did a great job at presenting specialty drinks like the Cowboy Coffee and Everett which had smoke and flame elements to them. Pollyanna Social continues to mold over time to give guests a higher end cocktail experience in the burbs which is always appreciated. New cocktails I tried: Cowboy Coffee, All Seeing Jungle Cat, & the Everett. The Cowboy Coffee and Everett were my favorite on both the presentation and taste side. The Cowboy Coffee was more smoke than coffee flavor. The All Seeing Jungle Cat was a slightly more fruity seltzer vibe. Others I tasted and loved was the Earl Blue! Till next time PS!

Cocktail aficionadas, don't sleep on this place! Pollyanna Social's drink menu impressive list will have something for everyone, from their main list to a variety of Old Fashioned, Stirred, Mezcals, every drink is carefully crafted. I know the locals know Pollyanna for it's craft beer and the brewery isn't too far away, but this cocktail place, I'd say, is done quite well. The lounge is elegantly muted. There's a more welcoming appeal with the bar section, but off to another section, a more private/quieter feel. Drinks are very nice, balanced, not too boozy, too sweet, too icy, but it's definitely in there. I love the fun menu, the witty remarks for each drink, and of course and most importantly, the drink itself.

Flower power, ranch dip, and artesian bread sticks

Patricia was an amazing host! She knew the menu and recommended the best cocktails! We ordered the Pop Off and Flower Power and they were amazing! It reminds me of being in downtown Chicago!

Stopped by this bar after dinner for a drink, unexpectedly trendy cool City vibe in lemont. Loved the atmosphere and decor of this place. Beers and cocktails available. I'm not a beer person but my friends had and enjoyed . The Pollyanna Pilsner was tried and enjoyed, light yet strong. I had the lychee cocktail, was not the best flavor IMO but I did have them remove the lime from drink as I'm allergic , most times it doesn't make a difference but this drink did not cut it for me and i usually love lychee anything. Tasted watery to me. I did try another cocktail and it had good flavor and was much better , then had just a vodka water to end the night . Service was great, the servers were friendly .

Cute place! This was my first visit and I had my bridesmaids and mom with me when we were killing time. The ambiance was absolutely adorable. Chairs were cozy and comfortable. Our group ordered some drinks and some mocktails. All were tasty! They sell their distilled spirits as well as glassware. Fun little spot! They do have some of their beer available, but not as much as the taproom down the street. Check em out! Service was friendly!

Cute corner spot and great idea- we decided to drop in because we were early for dinner reservations at a near by restaurant. Place about a little more than half way full. The drinks are super intriguing. I ended up looking up a few online because I wanted to see what they looked like. A lot of the cocktails are based on the beer/liquor made by Pollyanna. I had no idea they made spirits as well as beer. They have a very wide selection of different options and the drink menu is huge. I think they also have some apps to offer.

This is a cocktail lounge located in downtown Lemont. It is a very chill and fun spot to go for date nights or with a group of friends. I really like the decor and vibe of Pollyanna Social, it's upscale yet not pretentious lol. All of the staff is very nice, they are attentive but also give you enough time and space to keep conversations going and not feel rushed. You are able to pick where you want to sit - there is standard seating as well as high top tables, booths, the bar and some long couches with other love seats. Pollyanna social does not have a full dine in food menu, they do have a few dip and app options however you are able to bring in your own food (see last page of their menu. The cocktails here are fun and delicious. My fiancé and I tried the It's been Oolong, Devil in a Grass Skirt and the Socialpolitan. We both really enjoyed the it's been oolong and the devil in a grass skirt. We'd order both of those again. The Socialpolitan was fine, just nothing special. Tasted like a standard spiked sprite cocktail. We are already looking forward to coming back and trying more of their well crafted cocktails!

I didn't come here for the food. Very good beer and ale is after all liquid bread. Best served by bar chief Cory. Perhaps stop by right now. Ask for a sample of Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Toasted Marshmallow Fun Size adult beverage. Tell him I sent you. It was the best of few highly rated brews we guzzled. The bar is a very nice place to look at and socialize. Try it you'll like it.

It was 5:45, I didn't have a reservation, a they didn't have a table available until 7:30 but there were spots at the bar which they said was full service. My friend and I cozied up to it and ate there. What a surprisingly good experience. The staff was super friendly and that bartenders had great suggestions. I hate when people at the restaurant say everything is good. Not these young ladies. They made some sound suggestions which we followed. French onion soup and the steak frites were both excellent and priced well IMO. They have a really good whiskey/bourbon selection with a few hard to find bottles. I settled on a Blantons neat. They had Pappy, but I'm not wasting money on that anymore. Food came out quickly and we ate and watched a baseball game. The locals at the bar told us about their membership program where I guess for a small mo they fee you get a bottle of wine and a charcuterie plate once a month. Seemed like a pretty good deal. I don't live anywhere near there, but if I did I'd certainly join. In any case, if you live anywhere close, this is definitely a worthwhile restaurant to visit. Seems like there were quite a few singles there as well if you are looking to meet someone. I have no idea what the dating scene is like in Lemont, but this might be a good spot to try.

The food is honestly the best thing about this spot; the vibes aren't quite right for a special date night, but might be perfect for a birthday party or girls night out and service can either be hit or miss. If you come here, definitely make a night of it in downtown Lemont - there's lots to explore, whether for a nightcap or dessert after Barrel & Vine to turn it into a night.

We figured it would have been the perfect way to top off our evening. For first-timers it might be hard trying to find the speakeasy since at first I thought you had to access it from the Busy Street and walk up three flights of stairs. Actually you just walk inside of the Embers building, find the elevator that's kind of hidden and take it to the Third floor. I thought that the little trip up felt exclusive already. Once you're at the third floor you are treated to a beautiful array of scenery. Exit to your left and you were treated to the bar and some great tables with a cozy, intimate setting. I'm not sure if it was open seating since there was a little podium right off the elevator so we just sat ourselves. Some speakeasies require a certain dress code to keep up with the times. This one thankfully was casual though many people dressed business casual. We actually loved how the staff dressed as well. I have to try their Japanese sex drink and I absolutely loved every ship that I took. The drinks are fairly price. They did have a food menu but it was mainly snacks and small plates that were a bit overpriced. If we're having a large Gathering they have a big private room next door. This place does have a lot of great events going on as well with their upcoming Valentine's Day event that looks really interesting. It does get pretty busy as well after 7:00 p.m. from our experience. Overall, I was excited and enjoyed our visit coming to the 933 speakeasy!

It just so happens that I visited the night of a holiday bar crawl in lockport so the inside wasn't set up how it normally would be. My group got two rounds of drinks which included the Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned, Figgy Smalls, Christmas in a Cup, Happiness is a Warm Puppy, Milk & Cookies, and Maple Bacon Old Fashioned. My favorites by far were the Toasted Pecan Old Fashioned and Figgy Smalls. My group also loved the Milk & Cookies. She was so sweet, service with a smile. We started with a couple of their handcrafted cocktails. Hubby had tonight's special drink, a Gold Rush. I had the sister to a Gold Rush, a Bees Knees. It's just a matter of bourbon vs gin. Both are refreshing cocktails made with honey and lemon. We shared the Spanish octopus to begin, a perfectly grilled octopus tentacle in a romesco sauce topped with pico de gallo and toasted almonds. We thoroughly enjoyed it. A generous portion and so tender. Hubby had the Saturday night special, the smoked prime rib. It came with grilled vegetables and truffle fries. He had this speciality last time. This time it was so fatty (see photo). I had the grouper puttanesca with couscous. I love grouper but I felt it was salty. With capers and anchovy, the fish didn't need salt as these things bring salt to the dish. However, our entrees were generous in size and tasty. We definitely like this restaurant. They have a loyalty program, plenty of seating inside and out, a nice bar area and a Vegas-style gaming room. Phoenix Kitchen even nixed using seed oil at their restaurant. We did miss out on the complimentary house-made limoncello this time. What's up with that?!
