I've been using this cleaner ever since the old owners and I've never had a problem. But when the…read morenew changed of owners came about and they got new people, I started getting missing clothing. They even gave me someone else's clothes, but however, I bought it back because if someone ever took my clothing I would want it back. They lost a whole bundle of my clothes to find it three weeks later to give them to me. I had $100 shirt to come up missing and I immediately reported it to the lady there. She claimed she looked for it and looked every day, but however, I still brought my clothes there to get them clean. I came in today 5/17/25 to pick up clothes and drop off clothes. I Asked her if she would take another look while I was here. She refused to do so. I asked her for the owner's name she refused to give it to me. I asked her for the owner's number she refused to give it to me. So therefore, the clothes that I was gonna drop off, I did not drop them off and I am speaking out now because these people have new people in there and they're stealing clothing and refusing to work with the customer to get them back.

Since there were shorts underneath the skirt my instructions was to bring the hem up below the shorts. Seemed clear and easy enough. When I picked them up I was charged 80!! 35 each (didn't tell me that before they did the work either) and then got home to find the skirt hemmed at least 2 inches ABOVE THE SHORTS.. I was told to bring it back and the manager would call me. SHE DID - to explain while they did wonder if that's what i wanted they opted not to call me to ask but just to go ahead and do the work WRONG because the cashier wrote "customer pinned" on the tag. While one skirt DID have a pin on it, it certainly wasn't where the hem was made and certainly wasn't what I asked for or wanted. I'm certain what I needed and asked them to do. The clerk clearly ignored me. No one bothered to confirm. And I was charged 80.00!!! FOR TRASH! I'm looking for owners to back this up!! The manger would rather insist on keeping (stealing) 80.00 from me after ruining clothes I purchased for back to school ... than to keep a customer.

Found this washateria after moving to Garden Oaks a few months ago. Tried a few other laundromats…read morethat had older machines with lots of issues but this spot has new machines and driers in several sizes and they rarely have one not functioning. Change machines on site, but you can also use an app to pay for the machines which means no need to have 10 lbs of quarters in your pocket! They do wash and fold as well but I haven't tried their service yet. Only gave 4 stars because the bathrooms seem to often be closed or out of service and at crowded times, there can be a dozen kids or more running around jumping on the furniture, running under the folding tables and neither the parents nor the staff do anything to reign them in.
