I was pleased that the store was well stocked and that they carried shirts in my "tall" size. I was asked by one employee if I needed help, which was nice, and the young lady at the register was quite nice and properly folded my shirts before putting them in a plastic bag.

If you are a VIP member with Simon Shopping Centers, they offer $50 off a $200.00 deal. Which were able to get 4 pairs for a steal deal when compared to regular prices! He took the time to check different styles and different sizes and informed us of the way they "wear-in the shoe" for you if needed. Super cool. The clearance section is the section in the back that looks like you shouldn't walk back there because it might be "employee's only" section but don't worry the employees are eager to help you whether you are looking for shoes in the front or in the clearance section. The store is kept clean and the employees are super friendly and welcoming. Todays (2/18/22) visit, the store was advertising deals and was a little more empty than a few weeks ago, probably due to the on-going sales. He asked if we were ready to make a purchase before even completing my second son's measurements or allowing them to try on suits. I explained that we weren't committed to buying just yet--we wanted to make sure both of my sons found something they liked, as I didn't want to go to two different places. Since measurements are necessary before trying anything on, the approach felt a little rushed and slightly pressured before we even had a chance to fully understand the rental process, available options, or pricing within our budget. Once both of my sons found suits they liked, the experience shifted in a more positive direction. However, during the measuring and fitting process, we were interrupted several times because Aaron had to step away to assist at the front desk. While I understand a manager may need to step in when necessary, there seemed to be enough staff available, and it would have been helpful to have another associate assist us to avoid the repeated interruptions. What likely could have been a 45-minute process ended up taking closer to an hour and a half to two hours. We were informed that payment was required upfront, which was fine, as we were already in the system and planned to return later in the week to complete everything. Aaron did provide us with a detailed copy of our order, which we appreciated since we were doing a full head-to-toe rental (everything except undergarments). After that, the process felt smooth and well-organized. We were told we could return the suits to any location, which was especially convenient since we would be in Irving for prom. Pricing is on the higher side--especially during prom season, which I understand is their busiest time--but they did offer a promotional discount that made it more manageable. Most importantly, my sons looked amazing. The suits were pristine, well-pressed, and overall a great choice for such a special occasion. One note: my oldest son's suit could have been sized down slightly, so I'd recommend making sure you're completely happy with the fit before leaving. They do offer overnight exchanges if needed, which is a great option--just be sure to allow enough time and consider picking up early to avoid any last-minute stress. Overall, despite a slightly rocky start and some interruptions, I would recommend them if you're looking for a convenient, one-stop shop for formalwear.

You need to purchase your shoes on the day of your birthday to receive a ten percent discount. Collins has no customer service or information concerning the discounts for using the Nike discount application. I had received my information from customer service. This store gives great customer, no service. You are rushed for the sale. And Since all sales are final. You can go pound sand. I recommend going anyplace else that gives buy one get the second half off or real discount shown in final price. These shoes were rotated out of retail stores but question," Did I receive an actual discount ? The way this store is run. I would definitely say no.
