While the physical tow was executed by a third-party contractor (Western Towing), Simon Property Group and its mall management bear strict vicarious and premises liability for harboring this predatory cartel on your property. Your on-duty mall security supervisor directly authorized the illegal tow at 10:10 AM. Furthermore, the invoice logs dispatch and arrival at exactly 10:10 AM, proving illegal predatory "spotting" and stalking of disabled customers on Simon property. The contractor's rogue personnel (DRIVER 52, TRUCK 33) violently jammed heavy "DOLLIES" mechanical equipment underneath my vehicle's front nose. This reckless operation directly inflicted deep horizontal friction abrasions across my front lower bumper and terminally fractured the internal sensor circuitry of my interior dashcam lens, causing a latent failure that permanently blinded the front camera with horizontal stripes at 4:50 PM. I signed the ticket by explicitly writing "Disputing the tow" right on the paper, meaning the $285 extortion fee was paid under extreme financial duress to rescue my vehicle from illegal impoundment. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help (I love that). The value of the sneakers are reasonable and I usually walk out with 2-3 pairs of course after I have paid. The lines at check out are long but steady- it has a good flow. There's always socks in the bins for when you try on shoes and if not, I usually ask a sales associate if I can get a pair- they're always willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend coming here especially for back to school shopping or just to update your daily shoe ware. There's plenty of parking since it's at the outlet, you're lucky if you find one right in front of the Nike Factory Store. I absolutely enjoy coming here! Yall should give it a try.

I picked up my size (8), which didn't have a price sticker, along with another box clearly marked $129, and asked an employee to clarify the pricing. She scanned the shoes, and they came up as $189. She then asked the manager if they could honor the $129 price since multiple boxes were clearly labeled that way. The manager refused, saying that because my size 8 box didn't have a $129 sticker, it had to be sold at the promotional price of $189. Instead of honoring the marked price or taking responsibility for the mistake, the manager instructed the employee to remove all of the $129-labeled boxes from the shelf. I've worked in retail before, and I've also been a customer at many other stores. When an item is mistakenly marked or advertised at the wrong price, good customer service is to honor the displayed price for the customer and then correct the mistake afterward. Pricing errors happen, but how management handles them is what matters. To make matters worse, during my visits, there was multiple times I watched people walk out of the store carrying what appeared to be multiple pairs of shoes without anyone stopping them, yet management refused to honor their own pricing mistake for an honest customer. That contrast made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility, management chose to remove the incorrectly marked boxes after I pointed out the mistake. That's poor customer service and reflects poorly on Nike's management. This experience left me disappointed and feeling like customer satisfaction wasn't a priority.
