The manager and the teller told me that it was my responsibility to check that you should say samples on the label and that it was not the responsibility to be checking to see if they are correct. How would they expect me to know that? They kept insisting that it was my responsibility to find out that those items were not seventy percent off. I asked for a discount sonce they were false advertising since they do not care in checking and the manager did not wanna give me any discount at all. The Manager did not agree to be responsible for the mislabeled on the items. She said that it is the customer responsibility, and the customer service is not always right, as the Manager told me. I browsed briefly before a salesperson offered to help. He quickly looked up all shoes in those sizes, and explained that they can also order and ship to home as an option. So I started trying shoes. As expected, even most of the 4E size were still not wide enough. A second salesperson stopped to help further. We eventually found two styles that fit properly, but one cost $170. Not what I hoped to find at an outlet. But the other style was $70 and I was given a small discount when I ordered a second pair of the same shoe for home delivery. Overall, the experience was 5 stars. I noted one review about a Spanish speaking customer being treated badly, but didn't see anything like that. Customers were being helped in Spanish and English throughout the store.
