Brooke is amazing!!! I went in here today to look for new shoes with my four-year-old daughter and as everyone knows toddlers are not very fun to shop with...not only did Brooke offer/recommend that she size my toddlers foot (which I'm so glad she did because I thought my daughter was a size 10 when she really was a size 12) but she took the time to ask my daughter what she wanted and helped her find the perfect (toy story light up) shoes! One star for the greet, I walked around for 8 minutes. The two associates working were discussing their personal lives... I was looking to purchase shoes for my children. When I made them aware of the fact that I'd been in store and not been helped the female associate rolled her eyes and told me to have a great night, it's nice to be nice, ask your client if they need help.... pretty simple. Got a message from customer service regarding my experience. Yes, I like the fact they took the time to contact me and gave me a number to call. I had already sent an email to customer service from the website regarding my order. I was able to get a shipping label to return my order, but I also need to re-order my original item. It's still an inconvenience since I have to go drop off my return due to their error and now have 2 charges on my card for the same item. But it is what it is. Hopefully the order that comes in is correct the second time around. read more

The good the bad and the ugly: This store has some great bargains around the holiday season. Other than that it's not a real big deal. They have buy one get one sales but it seems that the prices may have been marked up so they can mark them down or at least increased to manufacturer's suggested retail price. I Drive up from San Diego occasionally just to check the deals. Usually I'm disappointed and end up going to the Nike store. Yesterday's visit was no exception. I found shoes marked as clearance that were marked down from $74 to $70. Another shoe was marked from $70 snd was on clearance for $69. That's kinda pathetic for a clearance item. Anyway, I probably won't be making any more trips there until the holiday season. read more

Is is unacceptable to takes three days to initiate shipping process. Should not take eight day to receive package within US. I get faster shipping from China.
