I came here to pick up an order of a sweater that was on sale I bought online from the Ralph Lauren website on a weekend. The customer service people were fairly quick and friendly about processing my pick up. The store itself is not too big but has multiple floors and has a decent selection of various in season clothing items to purchase. I will definitely use this location again if I were to order from them online and need a pick up spot as it is in Soho. read more

Good layout and floor plan. This location caters to the masculine taste that's for sure. The basement is where you'll find past and current collections. Nothing is ever marked down so don't go in thinking you'll be paying anything other than full retail. Even if it's the last item on display you will pay full retail. Being frank: for me this was one of the best shopping experiences ever. I've been to the other RL locations but as soon as I set foot in the store I knew I wanted to leave with several memorable items. And did. The staff were engaging and accommodating without being pushy. They were minding their business until I had a simple look of incredulity which was cleared up right away. The friends and family event was amazing and I certainly will be back; certainly felt like a friend and a family member when I was there . Shoutout to the staff J***** and S****** who worked on the lower level and sold me a couple sweaters, polo shirts, and the sharpest money green belt that money can buy! This was fun and memorable. First time at this location, but just like all other Polo stores, the store is immaculate and well-organized. I had to get a price adjustment for some clothing items and purchase two other items. The employee was very pleasant and helpful. This store doesn't carry children's clothing, as they are a men's store, but the staff member was still able to the adjustment and place the order for the other items. read more

Ralph Lauren Soho On a warm spring day, an over sized flag depicting a life sized polo player works hard to grab your attention. This green Soho superstore features the Lauren products in classic well built wood shelving that we have come to expect when at a Lauren Store. Outside, twenty feet of wood benching provides comfort for the shopper who just needs to rest his feet. The benches, the store's true unique treasure, provide views of the beautiful facade of the te casab store across the street as well as some amazing eye candy. As I sit on this bench, a cougar has been inching closer to me and I fear, may be attempting to read what I am typing on my backup blackberry. Obviously, given my current uncomfortable situation, and the fact that she just sneezed during an intense bacon flu scare, this review must now end. Stop by, even if just to sit on the bench on a nice day as there is great people watching to be done here. read more

Went to this store at night to check it out during friends&family sale event. I was checking some blazers, but most of them didn't have my size. While I was trying on, one staff started to compliment me saying oh that looks great on you/let me get other blazers which will look great on you(which looked hideous BTW. It was fucking patches of different colors added together in a single blazer if you can ever imagine that) That's when I started to feel like he's being fucking pushy. He kept saying oh you should buy this suit because there's only 1 size left. (But ffs, it's over $1000 and I clearly just came to check out some clothes) Then I tried some sweaters and asked if they're doing any sales, which I knew they were promoting 30% family and friends online. He told me there were no sales going on. The friends and family 30% only applies to "friends and family members of Ralph Lauren employees." I thought I misheard him and asked him again, "So it's not for average consumers?" He clearly lied to my face and said, "No." I can tell that employees earn commission from sales, but these kinds of attitudes degrade the naming value. Dark and old place that looks more like a museum rather than premium store. The attitude of staff is also unprofessional and they don't have any motivation to work or assist clients. I called ahead to make sure they had the product I wanted and she put it on hold for me without me even asking, which I found was very helpful and courteous. RRL, u made my shopping experience so pleasant over the weekend. I'm not sure if it's because of the snow that drove people to stay in, but I'm glad I came in. Upon arrival, I'm being drawn into the decor of the store. It gives such an authentic old feeling of the old western days of deer heads on the wall to that beautiful 3 way mirror u had in the back. The staff was very friendly, greetings with a smile and even offered a beverage of choice. Who does that in the retail world anymore? I even noticed a guy offering to hang another random customer's coat to make their shopping experience a bit more pleasant. I haven't come across great customer service in such a loong time and I have done my fair share of working retail. Everyone was friendly not overbearing or snooty at all and I even had the opportunity to meet the tailor. Lol. That was great. I was always drawn to RRL because of their intricate fine details of each clothing whether it was an extra button that makes the sweater or the wash of their jeans. Their prices range from moderate to high but u do get what u pay for and that is quality and a unique quality indeed. ! read more

I did a little shopping here over the weekend and was impressed with the selection of this store (many pieces that I didn't see anywhere else) and the totally unpretentious, helpful service. The store was in great order (I hate sloppy displays!) and I was able to wander and look around without feeling like I was being judged for my black tee, jeans, and flip flops. If you like RL, make a trip to this location and I can pretty much promise you will walk out with something beautiful (and a lot less in your checking account :)! read more

When I fantasize about winning the lottery, there is a celebration with family and friends. Before I give them a gift, I've gone shopping at RRL and am dressed in a Victorian style suit with some crazy but cool tie, shoes, hat and pocket watch. The employees are very disrespectful and rude. They did not want to sell a a jacket on the manikin which they can sell for a discounted price since it is on display. On two occasions an employee named zain walked in on my friend while trying on pants and the other occasion was on 9/26/19 when I came to try on a shirt and he walked in on me and said the shirt looked cute and I felt very uncomfortable. I felt so uncomfortable that I left and bought the shirt from the polo mansion. Zain once asked a friend of mine for $50 of marijuana to reserve a shirt for him. Every employee in there deserve to get fired Ralph Lauren is a supposed to be a classy name brand but the employees are ruing it in 109 prince street. I've been ignoring plenty of times and no one wanted to help me after yesterday I'm never going back to support them after an employee told my friend "F"you. I gave the Soho location of Ralph Lauren 3 stars because its has a lot of pluses and an equal amount of minuses. The Pro's: Nice interior, their selection is pretty good, and hard to find elsewhere. The Con's: The staff, the men's selection is a little bit small. Like most high end retail stores in the Soho area, the staff members have really bad attitudes. I don't get it. They cant even afford the stuff they're selling but get really snobby with their customers. Overall: If you really like Ralph Lauren stuff, this is the place to go. The selection is really interesting especially if you're a girl. The place would be perfect if it were staffed by nicer people. read more

First off Ralph Lauren can't do wrong in my eyes, classic Polo, Black Label, and Purple label. I shopped at this store about 1 year ago. It is small but very friendly and you feel at home. You know sometimes you don't want to go to a big store. You know you go there and it is a thousand people there. This Polo site is nice and small and the customer service was very good. They acknowledge me soon as i got there. It has a nice collection of classic Polo and Black Label and a nice amount of clothes for the ladies so ladies don't worry. So all in all it is a great store, great location and like I said the size and warm atmosphere feels like you home just trying on clothes in your closet. read more

Terrible customer service overall. Employees very rude and unhelpful, manager is professional but clear that priority is not with the customer at all. I have been in twice to return a sweater, that was a gift from my grandmother, from last Christmas (once in January, again today for one last shot before I go to donate the sweater). I was never given a gift receipt and they cannot find my grandmother's name in their computer system - best they can do with tags on and unworn $198 sweater is a fraction of that price of store credit, on a sweater given to me 9 months ago. When I went in in January (arguably still Holiday season) the store representative, very rudely and unprofessionally, accused me of losing the gift receipt and said there was nothing he could do at all. Needless to say, I will never return or be buying Ralph Lauren goods again. Disappointed as I have grown up with my family wearing and loving this brand. You'd think the flagship Soho store would have stronger representatives of the Ralph Lauren brand. A serious shame. read more

I've been a lifelong fan of this brand and showed up to this location at 6:30am on the day of a popular release to be first in line. Over the prior week I had called the store on several occasions to understand logistics around the release and was explicitly told that it would be first come, first served. After being informed that the store would open early at 9am, I made sure to arrive earlier on a 25 degree day. There were store employees already inside and one came out for a smoke and informed me that the pre release that I had shown up early for and called the store multiple times to inquire about would be limited to customers who had obtained a wristband. At no point during my multiple conversations over the prior week, nor on the polo website where release details were posted, was there ever any mention of a wristband needed or any other action required to insure you would have access to the release. To say that I'm highly disappointed in the communication around this release would be a gross understatement. Particularly given the measures I went to to insure that I'd be able to participate. read more
