Normally, I'm not a fan of the communal try-on setup, but it worked because the space wasn't crowded. The lighting was also perfect. The store employees were plentiful and friendly. They each sported their own unique styles, so apparently there's no dress code at Aritzia. Waverly and Tyra were fantastic and helped me with sizing and styling. I went in looking for work pants and found a pair that fit nicely along with a cute multifunctional top. The pants ran small, so I sized up. I received a token for a beverage from the in-store coffee counter with my purchase, which was an unexpected treat. I loved the cute shopping bag too. Instead of a stand off I called Anthropologie's 800# and a rep was able to initiate my return by sending me a QR code and waving the return shipping cost ( yes Anthropologie is one of the few stores charging for return shipping). It was a waste of my time to go in store and my return be denied. What was accomplished over the phone should've been done in store. What was also troubling was that I was able to initiate a return online and generate a in store return slip, but Kate said she still wouldn't be able to accept my return. I'm not a big Anthropologie shopper...this situation although resolved does not make me keen on spending my money with them in the future. And... not to mention one of the items I wanted to return was listed as leather but it was cheap PVC...The audacity to not only mislabel the material but for it to originally be outrageously overpriced.

Noticed that 30x30 length on the 501 straight was a lot longer than before - they could do tailoring, but I didn't want to come back.
