I tried to replace the power window motor on my Silverado by myself. Big mistake. Once I got the door apart I realized that it was a MUCH more complex job than I expected. I talked to Rick on the phone and he said, "we'll use your part and complete it for you." They did, and I was shocked when I got the bill: $95!! The new guy took my radiator apart and cleaned it before checking it. When I went to pick it up he said the core was bad. I asked him why and he said it leaked. I asked him why he did not check it before he tried to clean it. He gave me no answer. I told him ok let me take it and he said I had to pay him $80.00. I said why? He said because they had cleaned it I had to pay for the cleaning. I said but its bad according to you. What am I suppose to do.
