I popped in and did some wandering on a recent morning, and was super impressed not only with their awesome selection of flavored olive oils (with plenty of free samples available!) but their wide array of kitchen accessories, cookbooks, specialty groceries, and pretty much anything you could ever need to up your cooking game. Then the rest of their flavors you can ask for and taste. I have to say my roommate and I spent about 45 min in there narrowing it down. There were two people working, a man and teenage girl, both were kind and knowledgeable. Gave me some recommendations. I could have been in there all day doing a tasting. I ended up getting the Galegea and the peach balsamic. They tasted good together. Figured they would be good to mix for a salad. They do ship. So if you find something you like and want to repurchase or try something new then you can order it. They even said if you wanted to email and get ideas for recipes that you can do that. I don't know about you but I always run out of ideas. I love a responsive business. It was clean friendly and warm inside the store. I would happily visit again to have the same experience. Another note they swap out from different regions through out the year so there are a couple of seasonal flavors. Right now it's the Strawberry Kiwi.

The difference in a quality vinegar is astounding. It's great that you can try everything too, to be sure of your purchase. I ended up purchasing a smoked olive oil and a red wine vinegar. A couple of minutes later - the same personable customer representative called me back and revealed that her manager had called the manufacturers of the product and she was able to answer my question with confidence. I only cook with olive oil or plant butter, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the oils here comparably priced to grocery stores. I purchased a fig balsamic (for me - I love ANYTHING fig), some stuffed grape leaves (for me!) and some olive oil as gifts. The grape leaves were addictive. I finished the entire container in two days. The service was fantastic. I was greeted upon entering, and after explaining it was my first time in the store, the lady showed me around and told me about the history of Dimitri's and helped me decide on what to purchase.
