The classis Tiramisu is AMAZING. Highly recommend and it's only 4 euros.

I was surprised that so many reviews claimed that this was the best tiramisu in Rome! It was very average. The service was also unpleasant, but quick. However, it was inexpensive. 4 euro for one which serves two. I wouldn't go out of my way for dessert here. read more

My family and I were in Rome for New Years and went to Pompi while visiting the Spanish steps. I have Mixed feelings about Pompi... On one hand, my son says it's the best Tiramisu he's ever tasted and on the other, my wife and I thought it was ok. We both have tasted way better Tiramisu at authentic Italian restaurants in the US. Also, I'm not sure how fresh it actually was. Was it worth the 4 or 5 euros? Yes, because they give you a good sized portion of good Tiramisu. But is it the best? Sorry, NO. Should you try it? I'm no tiramisu expert, but I tried the classic tiramisu, and it was pretty good. They have lots of appealing pastries but I only limited myself to the one tiramisu. Tip: eat all the tiramisu at once, or get a frozen one if you'll eat it a little later. I ate half before lunch, intending to eat the other half after lunch. When I opened the box, it was a melted, brown mess. Still tasted good though, haha. read more

Delicious tiramisu! Came here by the recommendation from our hotel. It's right near the Spanish steps and serves lots of flavors of tiramisu. I've never had any other flavor than chocolate prior to this so the strawberry was very delicious and different! It comes in a to-go box for 4 euro each. We would grab one and head to the Spanish steps which is just a block away, and savor it there. read more

We visited this bakery based on all the great reviews. After our visit I feel like they deserve no more than 2 stars due to horrible customer service but because of the several options of pastries I am giving them 3 stars. We ordered a cannoli, gelato and 2 types of tiramisu, the classic and pistachio. The gelato I got was pistachio and hazelnut on a cone. The gelato was very average and tasted similar to Telnti Ice cream that is sold all over US grocery stores but a little softer and less pronounced flavor. Both tiramisu flavors were good but nothing special, I can tell you the tiramisu in Whole Foods is at similar level if not better. I was expecting a lot for the cannoli but that was also pretty average and flavorless. I was very disappointed in the customer service and felt as though we were forcing these people to work and they did want to make any recommendations after being asking. The female employee came across very rude, I spoke to her in english and after seeing her broken english, I tried speaking to her in Italian/Spanish and my Italian is similar to her english level. She got upset and proceeded to say I speak angrily. Anyways on to the next dessert store. read more

Approaching from the Spanish steps we were afraid this was a tourist trap as there were many people outside snapping selfies. The cashier asked if we wanted "ice cream." Let's be clear, this is a takeaway desert outlet - with a few niceries like the ability to buy a bottle of wine to go with your desert should you desire. So we're not going to focus on the service aspect too much - we were served promptly, politely and with some assistance regarding our lack of Italian language skills. Now as far as the product goes - mixed berry Tiramisu in our case - it was absolutely splendid! Light, not overly sweet and the berry topping - added just before serving to us - was a delicious contrast to the creamy Tiramisu. Only complaint would be that we made shorter work of the single serving that we shared than we expected ... It was enough, but just be aware you can eat more of this lovely Tiramisu than you might think. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area. read more

It was recommended by our host as the best tiramisu in Rome. So, we went there and took 2 boxes filled with the classic and with pistachio. Than we took the stairs at the Spanish piazza , up to the top , and enjoyed every little piece. The classic one is by far the best tiramisu we have ever had. Don't miss it. read more
