Super friendly and professional son and dad team. They show up on time and do a great job of cleaning my furniture and car seats.

Wow, my carpets never looked better! Bernardo and his team were friendly, efficient and thorough. I'll use them again!

Ponce is amazing! My family (and I) have extreme OCD in cleaning and we condition our carpets 3-4 times a year... he is the best!! He has been servicing our homes since 2007. No one ever compares to Ponce! He is flexible, he is quick, leaves the carpets SUPER clean/dry, has amazing prices and is always willing to help. He is also very attentive and introduces his family to his clients. One really awesome thing ponce does is he let's you borrow the dryers and is not strict on the time it must be returned. Oh and also, he will wash your rugs and sofas! All of my immediate and extended family members are clients of Ponce! Simply the best! read more

Day of service: 11/27/21 3 rooms, 1 hall, 1 bathroom, 4 chairs, and dining room 8x8 carpet. Great service!!  Our carpets and chairs are super clean. The chairs and dining room carpet were not part of the original agreement but Bernardo squeezed them in with a smile on his face. Bernardo and his wife did an amazing job. They paid special attention to bad stains on the carpet and somehow managed to get them off. They left us booties to put on our shoes while the carpets dried. Super friendly people, they make you feel like family. Bernardo's hair made me jealous :). 100% recommended, you won't be disappointed. read more

We have used Ponce Carpet Cleaning for years now and we are always happy with the results. Our hallway carpets get heavy traffic - especially with teens in the house. And our two cats contribute to the stains when one of them gets sick. In fact, after our cat sitter mistakenly gave 3 weeks of food to our cats over 5 days we arrived home to a mess. Ponce Carpet Cleaning scheduled us for the next day and even returned the following day to get out a couple of the most stubborn stains. The carpet looked amazing after their cleaning. Being a family owned business they deliver for a very reasonable price as well as being professional and friendly. read more

I called Ponce Carpet Cleaning the day before we moved out of our rental, and he was able to squeeze us into his schedule the following day (Saturday) on a last minute notice. WOW Bernardo and his Son were on time, very considerate, super thorough (3Bdr, hallway and stairs) and extremely friendly. I would 100% recommend Bernardo and his business to ANYONE! Also, his prices were the cheapest quote out of 5 other business I called for a Saturday services. Don't hesitate, give them a call! (831) 818-7433 read more

This was my very first time ever to look into cleaning carpet. My capet was super dirty, smelly & grungy from my toddlers spilling cups and cups of milk and juices over & over again, syrup was poured on my staircase steps & there was alot of dirt from over the last 5 years from shoes being worn inside. My sister-in-law's mom referred her & me to Ponce saying how they did an amazing job! I was nervous but Ponce Carpet Cleaning was reassuring that they would be able help my family with a cleaner carpet Ponce's Son and Wife were really punctual, kind & very efficient. They cleaned my downstairs, staircase & staircase hallway & upstairs. I left with my toddlers to the park while they finished & they made sure to lock the house behind them along with leaving me waterproof booties on my door handle and my receipt on the table. Im so grateful for Ponce Carpet Cleaning my family can now sit in a clean non-smelly home Thank you Ponce Carpet Cleaning! read more

This guy was so awesome. Called me back right away and squeezed me in on an emergency situation ... girls slumber party that had late night throwing up from food poisoning.... Bad situation that ended good. My carpet was very light colored and the stain was red. He got it out! He was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend! read more

Ponce did a great job cleaning our carpet! They were responsive, reasonably priced and polite. I highly recommend.

Great service! Very sweet and responsive. Good pricing. Will get tough stains out! 100% recommend Ponce Carpet Cleaning!

AMAZING carpet cleaning business. I have no clue why they don't have any reviews on here. They are a small carpet cleaning business, so they pay more attention to detail and really take pride in their work and customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond and put in more effort than the larger carpet cleaning businesses, and always listen to customer concerns/issues to custom cater service. For this type of service and attention, you would think that they would be prohibitively expensive, but they are so well priced. If you need an excellent carpet cleaning company at a budget friendly price, Call Ponce. read more

I have been with Ponce cleaning for about 5 years maybe longer. They were great for a very long time, but now they only allow 2 hours per house to clean. No matter how big or small the job. This allows them the break and damage everything in the house. I know because I've lost a lot of my valuable glass treasures. It's difficult to communicate with them with out their daughter needing to be involved. FIND ANOTHER HOUSE KEEPER!!! read more
