The chairs and dining room carpet were not part of the original agreement but Bernardo squeezed them in with a smile on his face. Bernardo and his wife did an amazing job. They paid special attention to bad stains on the carpet and somehow managed to get them off. They left us booties to put on our shoes while the carpets dried. Super friendly people, they make you feel like family. Bernardo's hair made me jealous :). 100% recommended, you won't be disappointed. read more

We have used Ponce Carpet Cleaning for years now and we are always happy with the results. Our hallway carpets get heavy traffic - especially with teens in the house. And our two cats contribute to the stains when one of them gets sick. In fact, after our cat sitter mistakenly gave 3 weeks of food to our cats over 5 days we arrived home to a mess. I have been with Ponce cleaning for about 5 years maybe longer. They were great for a very long time, but now they only allow 2 hours per house to clean. No matter how big or small the job. This allows them the break and damage everything in the house. I know because I've lost a lot of my valuable glass treasures.
