I did reach out to someone else within the company and let them know I'd wait for my POC because I was told she'd be back "this week" etc. I'd rather have just been told that they can't do it vs stringing me along. I searched 3-4 stores for the best price on the tile for my home project. My tile came in before scheduled, I recieved my 2' x 2' tiles with no damages, and I got a fair price. Also, when we saw we had ordered a box or two short and the tile was coming from back east and had to be shipped, Louis got on it right away and made sure we had enough to finish the job with little to no lag time. Everytime a dealt with Louis, he was extemely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I WILL be going there to get tile for my next project even thoughit is a 35-40 minute drive for me. One of the many things that separates Scott Jones tile from others, is his prompt replies and honest communication. He ALWAYS got back to us between his busy work schedule. There were no surprises between booking and the actual job getting completed. Pricing was as stated, and if we had questions, he was there to answer them. I had contacted several tile contractors, and Scott was also competitive, yet reasonable with pricing. When work began, Scott, Lucio and Avery (the dynamic trio) were on time, prepared, organized and ready to get it done! Lucio laid the tile and his work is SOOOO detailed and pristine. Avery and Scott were his right hand men and together the bathrooms look like PERFECTION! They also didn't start and then leave our job to go work somewhere else, which we really appreciated. Each bathroom took about one week. On top of this, Lucio, Avery and Scott are just all around nice guys and VERY trustworthy. Did I mention they were clean!? Each day they left the workspace spotless, and were so clean in their application of the tile as well.
