I was told in total it should take a couple hours to get the job done. My car was there for 8 hrs and then they said they tried calling me earlier, but I didn't answer. They didn't call me to let me know when it was done, but had no problem calling with the price earlier. I understand they could have accidentally dialed the wrong number, but wouldn't you try calling again to try to let me know it was done? I had no missed calls.

I took vehicle home and purchased brakes and rotors to do myself and when I started working in them the brakes were in great shape and don't need replaced at all. The also said we needed new air filter so I purchased on to replace myself, only to find out that it didn't need replaced either. They clearly were trying to take advantage of us. Have used them for years, we will not be returning!! Please don't send your wife or kids to have service done here they will up sell them for work that doesn't need performed.

Friendly service. They replaced all 4 tires for the second time in 6mo due to "premature wearing…read moreor bad tires"and said the car needed alignment, so we paid extra for that. Drove the car for about a week with some vibration at certain speeds...same thing we experienced before the new tires. Took it back and they said 2 of the tires were out of balance and they rechecked the alignment. They said it needed alignment done again but did for free. Neither of those things fixed the issue. We took it to the dealership for a recall and had them check out the tires. They said the alignment was so far off that they recalibrated their machine to make sure there machine wasn't wrong. They said it was so far off that the tires will wear prematurely. ‍ So either TC alignment machine was way off, or the guy who did both sets of tires and alignments didn't know how to do an alignment. Even more concerning....i always check the torque after a tire change. Drove the car home after the new tires...went to check the torque and found both rear tires' lug nuts were only finger tight! And one lug nut was missing! Needless to say that I will never go here again.

Shockingly, this place was significantly more expensive than the dealer! Stay away. It's sad to see a formerly decent repair shop hit the skids.

Had a bent right, rear axle on my Tahoe and the whole rear-end was under warranty from Las Vegas…read more Jim tried to work with the parts company out of Vegas, but they were being difficult. They wanted him to remove the whole rear-end and pay for a new one to have them send another one to Ohio. Jim saved me a ton on labor by arguing that they only needed an axle replaced. He really tried to straighten it out when it really wasn't his problem. My Tahoe was at his shop for over a month (no charge) before we gave up on that company to remedy their faulty part and he had it fixed in a day. I came back up from NC, picked it up, and I'm back on the road with the vehicle driving smoothly again. Great work, and the best customer service I've dealt with at a mechanic shop...EVER. He was always available when I called and he always kept me in the loop. Very professional. 6 stars.
