But to make matters worse, I was cooking breakfast for my family out on the grill and rather than coming back to mow the area later (clearly seeing I was cooking) they mowed right through our campsite splattering grass all over our food cooking on the open grill and then all over our picnic table and supplies I was using to cook with. This was just downright disrespectful and inconsiderate!!!! We spent $600 to stay here for 2 nights just to have a little family time and this was the result of our first morning. Food gone to waste and family left hungry. We found alternative food in the fridge and sat down to eat it at the only other table at our cabin which was inside the screened in deck, then some one came with a weed wacker right up against the side of the porch so we couldn't even enjoy a quiet relaxing meal. I understand you guys have a job to do but come on a little respect and common sense goes a long way. When i call to talk to the company no one answers, i left a message and no one calls back. Trimming all the trees off of my house, mulching, and weeding. The estimate was reasonable and the work stellar. Communication: incredibly strong. I reached out on Yelp and heard back right away. They were happy to answer all of my questions and didn't pressure me to buy things that I didn't ask for. Teo's has great customer service--highly available. In an age of robo answering machines, this was a nice change of pace! Quality of work: I am very pleased with the quality of work. My patio still needs new furniture--but the weeds are finally gone. The thing was COVERED. The trees have been trimmed back enough where I won't need work done for another year, but they still look healthy. I wish I had taken a before/after set of photos--it's truly night and day for the work done on my yard. Price: Teo's prices are reasonable. They're not so low that they're concerning; but, they are affordable. They were definitely better than many of the other quotes I received. Over the next few months I'll need some more work done on the yard; I know who I'll be calling in the future.
