I chalked it up to a misunderstanding. I went in and asked for an acrylic fill, gel polish change, asked for Ryan as usual. I was told to come back an hour later. After an hour, I returned and was told to wait in the lobby for my appointment. Only to be told there wasn't anyone to do my nails. When I asked why they had no availability with any technicians but they were taking walk-ins I was told there was no one to do MY nails. It felt like a humiliation ritual. 0/45, do not recommend. Ryan the nail tech is great! However, when asked to wash my hands, I went to return to Ryan's station only to find him starting another appointment and all my belongings moved by the receptionist. I've been loyal to Ryan since I started with him and I was shocked with the treatment I received. I have over looked little mistake like nail shaping and wrong color application. I cannot overlook blatant disrespect.
