My daughter took me here for Mother's Day to get pedicures. Worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. Took about 10 minutes from start to finish. If I could give this review negative stars I would. Nails were sharp and jagged, nail polish looked horrible!! Nail polish is already peeling off six hours later. Then she turned the cold water for the pedicure ,why get a Pedif you're not getting your toenail cut? Story time: I got my nails done on Friday while I was in Florida and they were cracking by Sunday. I didn't have time to go back to the Florida salon before my flight back to Colorado Springs which left me scrambling to find a nail place before I leave for vacation tomorrow. I made an appointment at Eric and Mia Nails Spa for today (Tuesday). Mia contacted me to let me know that they are usually closed on Tuesdays and there was a mix up with the scheduling (it allowed me to make an appointment for Tuesday online). After I told her I would be leaving town tomorrow (Wednesday) she said she would still come in for my appointment which was so above and beyond. Mia and Eric were the nicest people! Disappointed!! Recommended Eric to a friend who gets her nails done monthly...she showed up and the place was dirty (not the construction going on, nail clippings everywhere, didn't look like they had cleaned off the tables in a while, built up stuff). She also had Eric for half her manicure and then someone else for the other half which she didn't appreciate since she made the apt WITH ERIC specifically from my recommendation! All around probably one of the worst places I've been to. We had appointments for 1:45 and didn't get into a chair until 2:20. Then they told my daughter one price and changed in 3 or 4 times for the exact thing they originally quoted. My nails are horrific, they stick up so much, he didn't have me wash my hands or push my cuticles back, I got cut an bunch, and then there is acrylic under my nails. Worst part it was $80 for this. We drove pretty far just because they had good reviews but we had a horrible experience and would not recommend this place. read more

Updated review from Friday; this fill has turned bad fast...polish felt weird and rough that evening and ended up peeling off two of the nails and it was wet and greasy underneath like it never dried. Also, a third nail looks like it will separate from the acrylic. I called Saturday morning to see if they could fix the polish on the thumb and was told yes; then when I got there they asked if I could come back at 5pm and I said no. There appeared to be a lot of new customers when I got there and it appears they were more important. I gave up and left after that. I have started going back to getting my nails done out of convenience and location to my house. I had an older gentlemen's who I believe was learning doing my pedicure. He burned my toes and cut my feet up. I had to ask for them to warm up the water and it was still cold. I brought my 10 yr old with me she wanted to get dip on her nails and we did do gel on her toes. She got a pedicure and they did good with her. The young lady who did my nails is why I came back. She was great as well. The kicked came when we checked out they charged me $57 dollars for my daughter's pedicure and $57 for her dip! SHE IS 10. She didn't get tips or crazy designs. She got a small spider, a web and a ghost. When I questioned them she kept saying it was the dip and the gel. You should charge less for children as they use way less product. I understand cost but this was insane. I walked out spending $300 a not great experience and I don't think I will be back. This is the second time they have over charged for their service. I also was very grossed out when I stood up from where they sat me for my pedicure it was someone had dropped dirt all over the floor and it had not been picked up. Thank goodness I put my shoes back on before I stepped on the ground. GROSS. Don't waste your time getting over charged for service you deserve more bang for your bank. You should offer a discount on kids services and you should offer a service at half price if you're going to be someone's practice. I could have gone to a beauty school if I wanted to be practiced on. So disappointing I have referred lots of people to this location and I will make sure to tell from the rooftops about this experience. read more

I found this business through Yelp because I needed my nails done before leaving on a long trip early the next morning from COS airport. The ratings were pretty good, so I chose Eric and Mia's. Tiffany did my dip nails and I'm very pleased. She removed my old polish by soaking both hands (nail tips) in a bowl of acetone. New to me, but very effective and she buffed off the old polish, thus avoiding heavy filing. I liked it. She did a great job with the dip polish, even redoing a single nail that wasn't quite right.
