I went there a few months ago before surgery to have two acrylic nails removed for a surgery and they did it for free. So today I came to give them my business for a pedicure. It's my birthday and I am going on a trip and wanted to have cute toes. My feet were not bad but I wanted my cuticles cleaned up and my nails trimmed a little. He cut my nails way too short and uneven. My big toes hurt and another toe has a scratch from filing and black polish. I didn't realize how bad and uneven they looked until after I left. Tried to come back after another appointment and they were closed Even though the opening hours here and on Google show they ahoild be open. Now I can only hope I don't get an ingrown toenail or an infection and I have to walk around on my vacation with toes that hurt and look uneven. read more

so I've been here one other time and enjoyed my experience enough to return a second time. I booked an appointment and arrived 10min before it was scheduled. I was flippantly directed to a chair in the corner and told to wait. I was perfectly ok with waiting because as I said, I was early and knew I was going to have to wait for a bit. well I ended up waiting in that corner for 45 minutes as people walked by me and clients came and were taken care of and left. at this point I thought maybe they had forgotten me (as I said, I wasnt a walk in I had an appointment). the next time someone walked past me (again, not even looking at me) I asked if I was going to have to come back on another day. she (I believe was new, I overheard her say she had only been there a week) flippantly told me she had no idea and to just keep waiting. after that, I saw someone who seemed to be in a position of authority instruct the girl who I just spoke to to come do my nails. she came to me and was scowling, and said ok what do you want. I told her I needed my current dip nails removed and I wanted the same thing again. I mentioned as she started to remove them that I had previously had my nails done by one of her coworkers and I really enjoyed my time with him. this for me was just a simple conversation, but she immediately stopped putting the foils on and said "I don't have to do your nails if youre uncomfortable with me doing them." confused why she said that, I assured her I wasn't uncomfortable and I was just talking about why I was returning. to add, i get my nails done rarely and for me it is a treat to feel pampered for a bit before returning to my less than glamorous job. throughout my experience with her she continued to act like I had a problem with her (I didn't) and kept asking me why I was so uncomfortable (I wasn't until she continued to probe about it and then I began to). when it came to her actually doing my nails she asked what shape and I told her (almond) and she rolled her eyes. then right after someone walked past and she started asking them to do my nails instead. this obviously was uncomfortable as I knew what she was asking and I began wondering what her issue with me was. after she stopped what she was doing to go ask someone else to do my nails instead of her again, I asked her if she was uncomfortable with me. she said "no not if you aren't." after this continued and she was halfway through my nails, someone walked in the door and she said "that's my client, I have to go do their nails." I said I actually have already been here for two hours and I just want to leave, please finish my nails. And she said "no that's my client, someone else will finish Yours." And then she walked away. It's important to add, this entire experience she was telling me how she was such an amazing nail tech and was always busy and it was rare that I was able to even have her do my nails. Considering I had been here for two hours, I am now more than frustrated, I started to cry against my own better judgement (I cry when I'm angry, I hate it). after sitting wondering what to do with half done nails and all other techs busy, one of the other technicians saw me crying and came over and very kindly finished my nails. That being said, please spend the same amount of money somewhere else. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who im paying for a service, and without any crazy requests by me or poor treatment on my part. I would understand if I had been aggressive or angry, but I'm very soft spoken and don't usually even write reviews. This was just such a horrible experience and getting my nails done has always been the only thing I do that makes me feel good. I know this woman is new, but I was confused on why people would continue to return to someone who takes such little care in her work. read more

Fantastic salon! Am so impressed with my pedicure and acrylic nails. I had incredibly rough feet and Tom did a fabulous job of making them softer. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure which includes a salt scrub, hot stone massage, and paragon wax. I'm incredibly picky when it comes to nails. I haven't had acrylics in a long time and was worried about the quality. Tom did such a beautiful job doing French tip nails. He made sure I liked the length and how they looked. My daughters have had acrylic nails a few times before at another salon and weren't impressed. Often getting cut by grinders or doing a sloppy job. Their nails came out perfect!! So glad we found this salon and look forward to returning!! read more

I called ahead to see if they had time for a rebase, and they told me they did but when I showed up someone apparently walked in a min before me so I ended up having to wait another 15 min which I understand, but hadn't prepared for. They only had 2 people working at the time, so I can only imagine how difficult that must be, but the customer service aspect was definitely lacking, unfortunately. On a positive note, the man who did my nails was very talented and made my nails look beautiful. I did try to ask him his opinion on nail colors, but he was pretty short with me and a bit impatient, almost annoyed I had even asked. The salon is a bit small and didn't appear very clean. I won't be returning, but being inside a Walmart might make it a convenient stop for some. read more

Tom does an amazing job with my acrylics!! I also get gel on top. I've only gone to him twice so far but he takes his time to shape your nails and make sure they are even lengths on both hands. He also doesn't make the nail too thin or too thick, so they look more natural without having to worry about lifting or your nail breaking. He has consistently finished my manicures with cuticle oil and a warm towel around each hand. My only criticism is that he doesn't re-shape/ "clean up" my cuticles before he applies the acrylic. Other than that Tom is the most consistent and pleasant nail tech I've been able to see here in the springs and I've lived here for about 14 years. Thank you!! read more

On my third visit, I left without fully checking my nails. Shame on me! Within an hour I had to go back to have three of them fixed. When I walked in, I was greeted with 'why are you back?'- nice! They put another topcoat on and I thanked them for fixing but not one single word of apology or even 'thanks for coming back'. That was my last visit. I love this salon. Tom is my nail tech and he is amazing. The first time I went I was a little apprehensive as every nail tech I have ever had has always hurt me with cuticles being cut. After Tom did my nails I thanked him for the wonderful job and not hurting my cuticles. I have gone to him only since then. I needed a refill on my nails and color change, the lady left air bubbles on the nail polish as well as a really bad job with the polish it is bad and the sides of the nails are undone with polish coating I tried telling the lady about the nail polish and she only got more rude with me and still didn't seem to care how they looked really bad customer service. read more

Like other customers, I have been following Tom and Lee wherever they have worked for the past few years. They just took over this franchise at Walmart and I've watched them turn it into a classy and clean place to have your nails done. They are so good at what they do and are so accommodating to their customers. They do fabulous pedicures and also just added the new SNS nails which are more natural looking and use no chemicals. I personally prefer the Solar Nails. Tom and Lee are very detail-oriented and professional, not to mention just plain NICE! I recommend that you call and make an appointment as they are building up a huge clientele. read more

My nail tech was nice but did a bad job. She didn't paint my nails fully and now there are thin lines of white on the sides. She hurt my legs when massaging them. The manager or owner was doing someone else's nails. She would say something to the client and then look at me and laugh. This happened for about 10 minutes. I would not recommend going here. Tom is awesome!! I go there regularly for a gel manicure on my real nails. Tom is very gentle as to not damage my real nails and they look amazing. He works with my schedule and is very accommodating. Don't recommend all Regal nail locations but this one definitely stands out. read more
