After reading numerous reviews I opted to go with this company. Making arrangements was very easy via messaging, didn't even have to make a phone call. I had a scheduling conflict a few days before the appointment and Jesus was able to accommodate the change with no problem. On the appointment day Jesus arrived on time in a fully equipped van and ready to work. It's important to note his van carries everything so I didn't have to make provisions to have access to water and electricity and this is huge, other mobile detailers have required me to make those items available so this was quite a nice surprise. Jesus and his coworker were polite, clean cut, well spoken and man did they work hard. After a couple hours he let me know he was done and all I could say was WOW! My old car has never looked this good and I must say his price was so much better than other estimates I received, I was so darn happy. I will be scheduling him to work his magic on my wife's car next week and am very eager to have that unit shining as well. I've used a lot of mobile detailers over the years and there always seemed to be minor issues with them, I am very grateful to have found Jesus and look forward to many more positive experiences with this company, hands down the best, I own four cars and will have him do all of them, thanks Jesus!

I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 AM and was called for pickup before noon. As I walked up to my vehicle at the shop, I immediately noticed visible bugs and contamination still left on the exterior after the ceramic coating service, water spots on surfaces, and multiple interior areas that were still dirty or missed entirely. I took photos immediately after pickup to document everything clearly. When I contacted the shop privately first and sent the photos, I was later told the $150 "interior detail" only included a wipe-down, vacuum, and mat wash. In my opinion, that is more of a basic cleaning service than what most customers would reasonably expect from an interior detailing package at that price point. Even for a simple wipe-down and vacuum service, there was still visible dust and debris left in areas like the trunk mat. I've had professional detailing and ceramic coating work done before, so I understand what proper prep work and finish quality should generally look like. This experience did not meet those expectations. What disappointed me most was the response afterward. Instead of professionally addressing the concerns shown in the photos, Bryan T. (Business Owner) called me "A PROBLEM" for speaking up about the quality of the work. If the work had been done properly from the beginning, there would not have been a problem to discuss in the first place. I never demanded a full refund or anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the concerns acknowledged and handled professionally. The shop later refunded $100 for the interior concerns, but the conversation eventually became personal and unprofessional, including remarks attacking my disability status that had absolutely nothing to do with the service itself.

This company: Ace Detailing, was recommended to us when we decided to store in indoors. We called him and he asked for pictures, and we sent him some via text. He got back to us immediately which was not expected but he did. He went over the project and told us what protection we could expect for the different levels of pricing. We decided to go with the ceramic coating. He started on the coach at the storage site (Thank you Sacramento RV in Lincoln) in the early AM. He washed, stripped, buffed is *** off from roof top to rims and tires. then applied the ceramic coating (including the ladder). Even went over the decals twice to protect them, it took 2 full days to complete. I tell you this rig never looked better. Better then at the dealer's lot. Like I said "magic".
