Wow! what a great car wash and detail shop. FINALLY in Auburn a professional car was & detail shop worth bragging about. I drove by a week or so before their Grand Opening and saw people everywhere and vehicles lined up to get serviced so I pulled in and was I glad I did. They accessed my Jeep Grand Cherokee and made it look brand new. I must have been downwind from someone spraying black paint somewhere and I couldn't remove it myself. within one hour of watching very friendly and excited people looking forward to making an impression on this soft opening in order to get the wrinkles out was worth taking the hour to observe and meet the new owners and hear their Vision for a professional operation that they purchased this otherwise fair operation and updated everything. While the mini detail ($100) service was good, I found the customer service, especially from the on-site manager to be lacking. Specifically, after spending time observing how membership customers, other customers (especially older male customers) I offer the following: 1. When my debit card was run I was not offered the option of cash back. Nor was I offered any information about their "membership options". 2. Regulars and some male customers were offered food, acknowledge and made to feel comfortable. 3. A gentlemen brought his car in for detail about 15 minutes after I had paid for my service and was waiting (he was acknowledge as a "regular"), his car was finished prior to mine. 4. I was advised that my service would take an 1 1/2 or less. At two hours I had to ask the young man (the manager and other employees were in an office with closed doors) if my car, which was parked, was done. He said yes, took me out to it and asked if I had keys. I did not, he did offer an apology He got the manager who then brought them out to me. I was not offered a receipt and a thank you with no eye contact. I asked who detailed my car and was informed that there is a tip pool. Not wanting to harm the folks who did a fantastic job on the detail, I left the tip with the manager. 5. It was not until I left and driving west that I realized that the inside of my front window was not completely free from haze. I would have considered a membership but with the lack of customer service (I am a senior female who is having to do this car thing on my own these days) I will consider searching for another place to have my car detailed. read more

Amazing new car wash! We drove up to the area from Southern California to visit family and our interior was absolutely covered in golden retriever hair....summertime shed is REAL. Got the VIP full service car wash and the car is spotless. There are no signs of dog fur!! Full service car washes are few and far between, but IMO they're the only way to get a truly thorough wash and vacuum without spending hours of your valuable time. Love that this car wash is here but their hours are a mystery. It says they're open until 4p but they close the gate at 3:30p. Unless you actually live within a few miles of the place, you can't make it there before or after work; which leaves only lunch time when the crowd is there. When they had Sunday hours, I would go then but that's gone now. The car wash pricing is a pretty good value but it could be better if my windshield was cleaner (inside & out). The staff are very friendly and keep a clean waiting area, although I'm pretty sure their cloth couch won't last long without tons of spot cleaning. Overall, it's an okay place and they are new so I'm hanging in there. read more

This was my first and only time at Atwood car wash. I paid for the Gold cleaning. I asked how long it would take and was told about 30 minutes. Great, I went for a walk and returned in 30 minutes to see my car had not moved. I was confused. I grabbed my coffee out of the car and saw it had been vacuumed, ok, at least it was started. So I sat down and wait for another 30 minutes for it to go through the wash and be detailed internally. There were several cars that were after me that were detailed first. Confusing to say the least. The outside looked fine but when I got inside there were many areas missed, and crusty stuff left. The wheels were still dirty and missed spots all over. I wanted to support local but not for a partial job. I emailed the business but they wanted me to come back just so they could fix what was wrong not a full wash or anything. Just discovered this place today, from A sign on a truck parked on 49. I will never visit a quickqu@ck again. This place provides such a better, more thorough service! I couldn't believe what I got for the lowest price $15.00 car wash here. Pressure washed the whole car before the car wash itself, removing everything. Then a full contact wash, and after going through drying, was asked to pull forward and had all my windows and mirrors hand wiped down by a couple people. AND they have a full detailing service available. I'd recommend this place to anyone around! The best car wash I've been to. read more

I came in on their soft open "test" day by chance. Great business! They put a lot of money into upgrading the grounds and car wash, the people were super friendly and helpful, and the service great! One of the owners came and talked to my kids and left with a membership. This place is what Auburn has been so in need of! every business has its bumps when they open, but we plan to be there every time our cars need some love! read more

Keeping a black car looking good is definitely a commitment. While I get regular washes, it doesn't do much for some of the superficial scratches. I opted for the clay bar detail, and WOW!!! My car looks amazing. I think it actually looks better than the day I bought it. The paint looks great and it is smooth like glass. I also had the headliner cleaned and it looks brand new. Disappointed. I'm trying to support local but went by twice today a couple hours apart and it was at least a 40+ minute wait. Maybe they're having problems hiring? It looked like they only had 3 women cleaning the inside of cars. I hope they can figure it out. Going down to Roseville to have the inside cleaned is not ideal. read more

First off, I have to say the staff is very friendly and the waiting room is clean and comfortable, but in the end, I expected the service to be better. Pros: Friendly management, easy access, able to have car washed right away, nice waiting room. Cons: Tire dressing was sloppy with grey, dirty streaks still showing, wheel wells and undercarriage were still full of dirt, dirt and crumbs still on floor by and between the seats, and I had to vacuum myself under the floor mats. Easy-to-wipe stains on the seat were not wiped at all, and the inside of the windows and windshield were smudged and far dirtier than when I came in! When I opened the car doors, there was still dirt all around the edges of the doors and the car, still bugs on the front of the car and the side mirrors, and clearly the sides of the doors hadn't been washed well as there were still dirt streaks. I've had much more thorough car washes for far less and had to spend another couple of hours finishing the job when I got home. $37 is steep but it would have been worth it had they done a great job. read more

I drove quite a distance to get a wash before an appt. They were closed. It was 9:45 AM. They open at 8:00 AM. No sign, no notice on website. Very inconsiderate to your community. Thanks for the future discount but my time wasted is worth far more than $20. read more
