My experience suggests they are primarily focused on making the sale, not ensuring everything is properly handled afterward. I was charged fees related to title and registration processing, but the process was not completed correctly. This left me unable to legally register my motorcycle and forced me to handle the situation myself by working with the lienholder and filing complaints with multiple agencies. Lazy salespeople. I was there 30+ mins today at around 2pm, never greeted, crawling over utvs and dirt bikes. I kept watching for a salesperson to engage but they just kept chatting up at the front desk. I managed to make eye contact once, but to no avail. I had decided on a ktm dirt bike for $12k and wanted pricing for 3 utvs and would pick one based on pricing. The kawasaki mules are my preference but the enclosed rangers interested me too. As I was mapping the route to my next location on my phone near the front, a salesperson approached me and I waved them off. No sale, even though they had exactly what I wanted, in stock, and I had the cash, ready to buy. Time had expired. As a career salesperson, this behavior disgusts me. No customer in this kind of selling process should ever have to approach a group of salespeople and beg them to sell $40k worth of equipment. To contrast, here is a lesson for you. I bought a Mahindra 2126 tractor within the last week at Craig Smith's in Galion. I drove up to the front door, got out of my car, and as I walked up to the door, the salesperson opened the door with his left hand, extended his right hand, introduced himself and welcomed me in. Wish I would have paid attention to other reviews and not waist my time. Called up hunting 2026 KTM 300 XC-W Hard Enduro which they had so drove 1.5 hrs to see. Dealer John was very polite and attentive but at his own admission knew nothing about KTM's or dirt bikes in general. First detail I noticed when I seen the bike is the OEM bark busters were missing and chinsey hand covers were in place ??? My toes barely touched the ground so John seemed compelled to continually drag me to other makes adventure style bikes with lower stance. I am older but definitely not feeble and had explained I have owned numerous ktms and well aware what I was pursuing. After 1.5 hrs of chatting, viewing pics of John's personal street bikes, and trying repeatedly to discuss purchasing price John took my offer to his GM which was approximately 750 off msrp. On a 15k bike this was a very reasonable offer. For another 30 minutes ohn made numerous trips back and forth between me and his gm with even more suggestions of what HE felt would be a better choice for me and also explained because I was going to write a check for the bike rather than finance this removed a large part of pony's profit. My patience wore thin and I told John I was about to head home so he brought back a signed contract that offered to knock off $280 which infuriated me and explained that they already "had a line on the bike ". I asked him if the "had a line" did that mean they already had money on it ? And if they "had a line" on it why was I told when I called from 1.5 hrs away that it was available ? My final statement to John was "I also would advise you in the future to not try to push folks to the bikes you want out of your inventory !!! Even though thos was a terrible experience that will steer me away from pony here on out my personal outcome ended very well, the next day I found my 2026 KTM300 XC-W Hardenduro 3 hrs away at Bentleys on PA and saved a total of 1300 (1000 more than the little pony offer). read more

I am very disappointed and displeased with the service on my motorcycle. I sent this same review directly to the dealership via their website two weeks ago, and they did not respond. #1) After the fork rebuild, the suspension travels only in the first quarter of its range and will go only to the mid-point under extremely hard emergency braking. If the job had been done properly, the suspension would travel within the middle third of its range during normal riding and braking. #2) There is a plastic flex tube sticking out near the lower triple clamp that now rubs and squeaks and pinches when the handlebar is turned to the right. This condition did not exist before the service. #3) The clutch cable now has no play in it, unlike before. I assume this occurred when the handlebar was removed and reinstalled to do the fork job. The cable tension should have been adjusted properly afterward. #4) After the chain adjustment, the chain has 2-3mm of gap. Factory spec is 5-7mm. This lack of sufficient slack puts stress on the bike and creates a dangerous situation for me when riding!! #5) When I brought the bike for service, I asked that the forward surging issue be resolved, and it was not. They advised that the first step would be to adjust the chain, so I agreed to the charge for that. Well, not only was the surging issue not fixed, but I have to undo their overtightening of the chain. They refused to use my parts, made me wait five weeks for overpriced parts and pay more than $500 for this service, and I still have to do a bunch of work to make it right: remove a little oil from the fork tubes, possibly remove the headlight assembly to fix the tubing, adjust the clutch lever, adjust the chain tension, and continue to try to figure out the surging issue. read more

Sent a request for quote on a used 2006 Suzuki Katana 750. I was sent an email with a question if wanted to know what the price was out the door. I replied "Yes" and submitted a financing application. A few weeks have gone by and still no reply. During that time, I sent an email (attempted) and was told by the email system that the email account that was for the financing person was not active. I sent an email to the first person about this error and that was never replied to either. I guess they don't want my business, or a $3k bike isn't worth the bother or the time to get to. I know nothing was done, because I wasn't advised by my credit monitoring, that a check has been run on me. Either way, it's poor customer service. read more

The choke never did work properly after having them service the carbs, the mechanic said I should replace the throttle cables when I went to pick it up. I think he bent them while working on the bike. There was nothing wrong with them when I took it in. The bike only has 2,500 miles on it, no way the cables were bad. I called today and they said there's nothing they can do about it...6 month warranty on service work. What a waste of time and money...$250 just to having to take it somewhere to have it done right. I would not recommend this service shop for any repairs especially carburetor rebuilds!! read more

I have been to this place two or three times and I've gone to the Parts counter and talked with the gentleman there. I've got a Older bike and four wheeler . Needing some assistance on parts for these older machines. In talking with this person I determined that he did not want to further investigate my older machine that he couldn't find it on his computer these are Honda machines and I asked him if this was a Honda shop I told him the year make and model three times but could not find it needless to say I put my old carburetor back in the box walked out of your store and will never be back read more
