He promised a 9 year warranty before starting the work but his number was disconnected when I tried to reach him for the rework. He had a business address listed in Renton. My husband went to the address and the sweet older woman who has lived there for the past 11 years had never heard of him. I was SCAMMED and I believe he is a professional SCAMMER. He is a chubby/stocky, medium height blond man with an Irish accent. He had his school age child in pajamas with him while he was doing the initial work (during school hours on two different days) which I also thought was odd. I was hesitant to hire him initially but gave him the benefit of the doubt. $2600 later, I had to hire a different roofer to repair his shoddy work.

Awful company. I got work done a year ago and decided not to leave a review however I'm STILL…read morehaving issues, so here goes. Original plan was not followed. I had to get all the way to a supervisor to get the crew to stop working. They did in fact need to change the design but never reviewed it with me. A third design had to be done and they still put the sump pump right in front of my hot water heater, they did not pitch the one side enough so water sits there, left my driveway full of small and large metal shavings (and I have 2 young kids and 2 dogs who run in the backyard), did not clean up other materials, did not remove the dirt they dug up in the basement (told me I had to pay extra, you would think for 24k it'd be included. They also went to dig up my patio to run the water line, which could have been adjusted a few feet to not dig up an entire patio- again, no one would listen until I spoke to that one supervisor again, it was unreal. There were multiple times they were scheduled to come and never showed or showed on a different day then was scheduled, at least 4 times, and the crew had no idea. Fast forward to my yearly inspection, where he recommended I get a dehumidifier, and I was confused bc I paid to get one (that was one of my main things before I got talked into upgrading to a 24k job). They NEVER installed the dehumidifier and there has been new mold growth. They were not forthcoming with pics but sent a crew to spray, the crew had no idea what they were spraying for. They finally installed the dehumidifier and now I'm waiting for them to return to fix the encapsulation which is pulling apart, for the thousands of dollars it was, it was not worth it. The entire job was not worth it (3 columns designed to hold up large buildings, used to hold up my tiny house), encapsulation, dug around the edges, put in a sump pump, and now the dehumidifier. I would NOT recommend!!!!

We're so pleased with the results of their work! The bid was thorough and competitive, but it was pictures of their past work that sold us. We are so happy with this company; they even added topsoil and bark dust, as well as gravel, in places where it was needed after the shape of the patio and driveway were slightly altered. They left a turn key project. It was a big job to demolish our 47x21 driveway and our back patio. Miguel saved us money by suggesting they overlay our two sets of poorly done steps rather than demolish them. We now have beautiful, even steps that are much safer to use. I added new post caps during the job, which they constructed on-site. I would hire this pleasant and diligent team again in a heartbeat!

They regularly close and lock my backyard gate after themselves which is super appreciated so that I don't have to worry about the dogs wandering out of the yard after a landscaping day. I've weeded my yard a few times before one of their visits and left the weeds in my driveway, too lazy to grab the compost cart - every time they've just cleaned up after me without asking or additional charge. I hired R&J to replace a rotted sill plate and remove a portion of concrete walkway and door step…read more(which was trapping moisture against the front wall and rotting the exterior sill and joist). After removing the concrete, replacing the rotted wood, he built us a small deck area which gives us larger lateral space as a door step compared to the small concrete step. A marked improvement over just the moisture fix and rot repair. This was a pretty significant job and our home is very unique in structure which created many challenges. As a homeowner invested in a major renovation project, I had some pedantic requirements and Jorge was empathetic to all of them. The work was permitted and passed inspection with king county.
