Here is the note I texted the owner n Sept. 4th: "We can not pay for Friday Sept 2, the technician arrived at 8:00 pm in the pitch dark and insisted we turn on the lights in the backyard which was ridiculous. Then when my husband pointed these things out, your technician became argumentative and only left after exchanging harsh words. He was supposed to arrive at 4:00, then 7:00 which I told you I thought it would be too late because the sun set at 7:17. We had to do the waste removal day of the reception ourselves to have the results we thought your company would achieve. Please send me the invoice for last week and we will no longer be-using your company. Thank You" Imagine my surprise when I received an invoice today for two services in August and 5 in September. To make things worse I have a text where I was quoted a price of $19 a week if the service was provided once a week. This would have been 6 services for $114 if the service had been provided. Instead we were billed $175.00! Mind you, we only had service once! So I would expect to pay $25. This is an unprofessional organization. Its a good idea, for a needed service, but Scott and his technicians should not be in business.

Ok, so my late parents lived downstairs away from their main room for safety reasons. As elderly people, they had a makeshift bedroom in the tv den, with a porta-potty by the side, etc. They couldn't always make it to the porta-potty in time during the middle of the night. And they didn't always swallow their big pills, which feel on the wayside dissolved in saliva. So over the years, the carpet got harden by urine and medication. I'm pretty sure mold grew as well. I needed the carpet removed. Anyhow, I got ahold of Jody. And we arranged an appointment pretty quickly. Communication about procedure and costs was clear and comprehensive. Jody, Bruce, Quinn, and Paul started off in the morning, prepping the room by sealing it off. They ripped the carpet off and everything underneath. Then they polished the concrete and paved acetone sealant. The job lasted almost a whole day. The later half of the day was Quinn and Paul who worked hard to polish and pave the room. I'd say their service and work was great. Jody's a great boss who efficiently manages his crew. The crew were polite and hard-working. And I think I got my money's worth. Eventually, the rest of my house will need carpet removal and I would not hesitate to request their services again!
