Payton seems to have a unique schedule and doesn't take on many new clients but was apparently the toy poodle expert. If I had anything else I had questions about, it was easy to reach Payton. She was always professional but meant business, she got to the point and never tried to overload me with information. The other employees were friendly and welcoming when neither of the aforementioned two were around. I've never really taken my dogs to get groomed but it was Well worth the money we spent. Wish i could give Payton and marina more stars.

The staff at Elk Creek is very personable and compassionate. This isn't just a job for any of them, it's a passion. From the person who takes calls and makes appointments to the doctors to the techs, every person we've dealt with has been understanding and caring. The exam rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, so that your visit is kept private. The Doctors are the best we've ever been to. They listen to you and give you sound advice that's in the best interest of the (insert pet here). We find the prices for services and medication very reasonable, and making an appointment has never been a problem. As sad as it is, we've brought two of our dogs here to say goodbye to them. It's a terrible thing to do and it's incredibly difficult, but the staff understands that. They give you as much time as you need and make sure your pet is comfortable. As heartbreaking as it is, Elk Creek does it with care and dignity. Yes, it's about a 30 minute drive, but it's worth it for the care and the compassion the staff at Elk Creek has for your pet.
