My puppy is a 5 month old Golden Retriever and he comes home happy and exhausted. I especially love that they have a calendar of events! My puppy got to play with the ball pit and enjoyed his puppy push pop. He got excited right away when he saw we were taking him a second time!! I also appreciate they have cameras that you can access from home so you can watch your fur baby and know they're ok! I do wish the space was a tad bigger or even had an outdoor grass area but it's sufficient for those busy work days to make sure my puppy gets the exercise and socializing he needs! When I initially called this dog walker, she answered her work phone number. We had a 20-minute conversation, and I explained that I have two large dogs. One is friendly and has excellent report cards from daycare, while the other is older, spoiled, and takes a while to feel comfortable with strangers. My smaller dog, on the other hand, is no problem. However, my bigger dog barks when people walk in the house, especially if they don't fully know him yet. I said when u walk in the house; they bark until I give them rubs and kisses. I specifically instructed her to sit on the sofa when she comes in the house and let them come to her and pet them for a while before putting on their harnesses. Unfortunately, this never happened. Every time I watched the camera, it was the opposite. I let it go for a while, but then I continued to hire her three times a month and a full week when I was on vacation. I didn't need her to walk my dogs because I had friends and family, but I wanted them to continue to warm up to her in case I left town again. Everything was fine during the week when I was out of town. I watched the cameras and received good report cards, which I still have for proof. However, for some reason, the last two times she walked my dogs, all she did was nag and complain about how hard it was to put on their harnesses. If she were in a hurry to go somewhere, she shouldn't have agreed to walk my dogs! She should have said no, then she was rushing my dogs and smoking at the same time. She complained that it was too hard? If it wasn't hard for a full week when I was out of town, now it's hard? The truth is, she got lazy and didn't want to take the time and effort to care for my dogs anymore because it was to much u should write on your profile that you only accept small dogs. You seemed fine walking one dog at a time, but then you complained about that so u started walking two dogs at once. That's What happens when you take on more than you can handle! You should have stuck to your normal routine of walking one dog at a time. But you were once again in a hurry You started to walked both dogs and then look what happened ? It was a mess, then she starts to tells me . I can't talk to you after my work hours, mind you. Mind you guys I called her at 8 pm when I first met her , that's after your work hours. I told this lady about my dogs' triggers: no smoking around them, no drugs or weed, and they hate that stuff. They bark at anyone who does it. She was vaping while trying to leash my dog! The harness wasn't connected to his collar; it was on backwards and upside down by the grace of God. They didn't get hit by a car and get out! She said, "Oh my gosh, the harnesses are so hard! It's too much. The dogs are barking at me; they're not cooperating." One tried to attack me, mind you. I was watching the cameras the whole time. Then she said, "My dog went outside and did a backflip and landed on all four feet. So, I brought them in the house." I paid you just to take my dog out for him to do a backflip for you to not complete the job. They didn't even pee or poop. Because she claimed he did a backflip? I think this lady is on drugs or something because nothing she was saying made sense. I have camera proof, and she lies about the walks once someone walks into my house I get an alert on my phone and the distance. I have FI trackers on my dogs. She said she did a 0.57 walk, but it was only a 0.14-mile walk! She said the walk was 32 minutes, but it was only 10 minutes. So, I wouldn't trust her when you first meet her. She seems like she's down, but then after they take you for granted and take advantage of you, she says my dogs are distressed and have anxiety. I would have anxiety too if you're smoking in front of me when I already don't like it, and it's taking you 15 minutes to put on a harness. I call it pure laziness! When you tell someone that you only need them between 6:30 pm and 7 pm, don't complain about the time after you already agreed to it. Don't agree to something if you're not going to be fully committed to it. If you know you're going to be tired after walking multiple dogs during the day, don't agree to something at night. But it's okay, karma does It's a big one, being frustrated with my dogs and just trying to blame everything on me when it's actually you remember, I may not be a Dog Walker but I am very intelligent. Dogs will always feed off your energy, negativity stress, and anything you are on and I feel like I was scammed and lied to. Don't trust it. Everything we talked about in the beginning when I first met her nothing ever ended up that way. Wish you the best no hard feelings just more so upset.

They also made sure to keep our houseplants alive and handled our mail and deliveries that came while we were away. Just in case anyone else is reading this that has a one-eyed dog (or any dog with blindness), Tanyss's most recent rescue is a one-eyed dog too, so that made me feel much better :) APPOINTMENT/COMMUNICATION: I called on Thursday but they were closed for a staff event; they got back to me asap by text & I ended up scheduling for Saturday afternoon. Elle called when Lily was almost done (only 30 mins later). Their communication is very quick and clear so if you have any questions regarding services, feel free to ask ahead of time! PAYMENT: They accept cash and check, but you get free enzymatic teeth brushing if you pay cash! My dog is 9-10lbs & pricing depends on weight, but for an all-inclusive flea bath (nails, teeth, blueberry facial, gland expression) I paid less than $50 before tip. That is significantly less than I've been charged at other places. Tanyss even explained that with the rising costs of living, they strive to make such services affordable :) MY FEARFUL REACTIVE DOG: was very comfortable here. When I picked her up, Elle (we share a name!!) was holding her & Lily wasn't shaking?? She also wasn't desperate to leave; she was so chill?? Keep in mind this is the same Lily who loses it if I bring her to a pet store (another place that smells like a bunch of dogs have been there). Do not get me started on the vet--this chihuahua acts like she's being deployed. She was confused when we first tried to enter, & Elle (as in not me Elle) suggested I pick her up so she doesn't get out of her harness, which is TOO accurate bc that exact thing has happened to us sooooooo many times. Elle clearly knows dogs, haha. But when I picked her up, she couldn't be more chill! PARKING: So turns out you can stop at the red loading zone right in front for pickup/drop-off, & Elle even explained that if the police pull up, they'll bat for you as a client who was literally unloading a dog, LOL. I didn't see the text about the loading zone & ended up parked a few blocks down the street, because parking in this area is a struggle. Use the loading zone! Save yourself! When you arrive, be sure to knock as they keep the door locked for the safety of the pups. Ill Def be back. My girl was happy and probably the best she's felt after a grooming session.
