Every time I walk in, I feel like I'm on an episode of "Survivor: Fish Edition," where I'm ignored by everyone and left to fend for myself. When I finally muster the courage to ask for help, I find just one worker in the entire store. Guess what? They're the cashier, too! Apparently, customer service here is a mythical creature, like a unicorn--everyone talks about it, but no one has seen it. I recently went in to snag some new saltwater fish, but after half an hour of waving my arms and making fish faces to get someone's attention, I was about ready to start a campfire and roast marshmallows while I waited. And don't get me started on the tanks. They looked like a scene from a horror movie--each one had at least one poor, lifeless fish floating around like it was on vacation and forgot to check out. If anywhere else in town sold saltwater fish, I'd swim over there in a heartbeat. Honestly, I dread walking in every time. If fish could roll their eyes, I'm pretty sure they would.
