Every time I walk in, I feel like I'm on an episode of "Survivor: Fish Edition," where I'm ignored by everyone and left to fend for myself. When I finally muster the courage to ask for help, I find just one worker in the entire store. Guess what? They're the cashier, too! Apparently, customer service here is a mythical creature, like a unicorn--everyone talks about it, but no one has seen it. I recently went in to snag some new saltwater fish, but after half an hour of waving my arms and making fish faces to get someone's attention, I was about ready to start a campfire and roast marshmallows while I waited. And don't get me started on the tanks. They looked like a scene from a horror movie--each one had at least one poor, lifeless fish floating around like it was on vacation and forgot to check out. If anywhere else in town sold saltwater fish, I'd swim over there in a heartbeat. Honestly, I dread walking in every time. If fish could roll their eyes, I'm pretty sure they would.

It's such a comfort knowing he's spending the day playing, socializing, and being well cared for instead of staying home alone. One of my favorite things is the report cards they send home. They always include the cutest pictures of my boy, and he looks genuinely happy in every one. You can tell the staff really gets to know each dog's personality. My puppy is naturally very anxious and nervous in new situations, but the team has been incredibly patient, kind, and attentive with him. Rather than treating every dog the same, they tailored his experience to meet *his* needs, and that has made such a difference. The thoughtful notes on his report cards make it clear how much they genuinely care about him. They also offer a wide variety of services at very reasonable prices, and everyone at the front desk-as well as the rest of the staff-is always friendly and welcoming. The last few times we've taken them over, our shiz tzu would come home with and infected bumb from a razor burn, it happened this last week and my mom sent a text to Jaimie confronting her about the concerning razor cut AND how it's now a 1/4 inch hole. Which in the end, she basically told both of us to go to hell and never to bring our dogs in again,b I've taken my dogs to her for 3 years. Terrible customer service, especially to those who have supported her business since the beginning. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO DOGGIE DIVAS.
