The pool at Vdara is quite nice, spacious with attentive lifeguards on duty. They offer towel service and have a cocktail bar, which adds to the overall great service. There's also a hot tub, making it a relaxing spot to unwind.

Nice and quiet pool to relax in, also has a jacuzzi you can enjoy... bartender is very helpful and makes a delicious piña colada! Definitely a place to visit if staying at the Vdara!

I really enjoyed my time relaxing at the pool here. Same goes as my husband. It was very peaceful, and was really happy that the server came around giving out complementary Mlife bottles of water. Really needed that, especially in this Las Vegas heat! I loved that there were these round chairs that were free to anyone to sit around come and chill. At first, I thought it was for a reservation only. I would definitely come back to this pool. One of my faves so far.

Reserved a daybed at the Vdara pool this last Saturday, and had a fre at time! When we arrived, we were promptly greeted, signed our 21 and over waiver (just proving that we're old enough to drink at the daybed), and escorted to our reserved spot. Our daybed was comfy, and situated just at the waters edge. Daybeds at the Vdara come with complimentary fruit platters, and ice waters that are constantly replenished throughout the day. They also come with an umbrella that you can keep up or down depending on your presence. Service was great! We never had to track down a server, and drinks always came out quick. My only advice on the drinks, is to get what you know, and don't try any of the specialty drinks, they're gross. I had margaritas that were delish, but the first drink my husband ordered (we thought it was like a mai'tai) was gross. Didn't taste anything like the description, and looked like sewer water. Very unappealing. He stuck to jack and coke for the rest of the day. On a side note, the food is tasty. The hotel had a Memorial Day barbecue that served hamburgers and hotdogs with chips. The atmosphere at the Vdara pool is more on the chill side. Music is playing in the background, but it was coming from the pool complex next door at Aria. It's not loud, but it's definitely loud enough to enjoy and still have conversations.

Nice chill pool at our usual stay in Las Vegas inside Vdara. They play music but its not being blasted so it's not a party pool atmosphere at all. I like that... It's small enough where it doesnt pack in too many people and its big enough for everyone to find their own space. We were in town on a 100+ degree weekend and decided to hit the pool before noon. We had no problem finding lounge chairs with an umbrella. You're gonna need the umbrellas because it will be a bright sun shining down on you and reflecting off the buildings such as Vdara & Aria within the City Center. Service was friendly. There are cocktail waitresses that will help you with drink orders and appetizers. There are pool valets that can get you anything else like more towels or help set you up on a day bed or in one of their cabanas. The pool is only 4 feet deep but there is a lifeguard on duty. And as required by law, there is a chair lift for the pool. Great place to relax at Vdara. It's a nice change of pace from the usual Vegas craziness. I would definitely check it out whenever staying at the hotel... Located on the 3rd level.

Private cabana pool! Totally worth the cabana fee!

The cabana was the perfect Friday afternoon activity, away from the public and keeping us safe! We reserved a cabana online, and went early to get first dibs on selection. We chose the cabanas away from the public pool. There was a private pool just for us. It was perfect! Our server was also attentive, accommodating, and absolutely lovely! I wish I had got her name to recommend her! She was the best! Their cucumber drink has no sugar and was super refreshing in the heat! Lastly, the bang bang noodle salad was HELLA delicious!!! I'd totally order that anywhere! Will definitely do this again on our next trip to vegas!

    Canopy Daybed rental.

We have never rented any pool loungers, daybeds or cabanas before, however there was a convention in town and we wanted to ensure we had some shade to retreat from the pounding sun rays. I did my research and decided this pool would be our best option. We paid $75 for the canopy daybed rental and couldn't have been happier with our decision. We arrived around 9 am and were greeted by a security guard at the entrance, who directed us to the check-in counter. The female employees there were very friendly and explained the process. I singed some waivers and we were escorted to the daybeds. We were given a choice of one near the pool, of one in a more secluded area. We chose the latter. We're not swimmers, so this is the reason we opted for the private area. The attendant explained to us that we had the rental for the entire day and that we could come and go as we please. She said if we stop back and someone is lounging on our rental, to simply let a staff member know and they would remove them promptly. We wanted to grab breakfast before we lounged and she let our server for the day know that we'd be back up in an hour or two. When we came back up, we met our server, Alicia. She was great! She stopped by roughly every 20 minutes or so to see if we needed and drinks or food. She kept us hydrated with a pitcher of ice water, refilled four times. We couldn't have asked for a better pool/lounge day!

Great drinks and service!!! Wish the pool was open a couple hours longer. Clean bathrooms.

This was the only part of the Vdara that I wasn't impressed with. Located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, it is only open until 7 pm which really is disappointing. That being said, we came here around 4 or 5 to swim and have a late lunch. My purse was searched upon arrival ( for glass bottles I was told ) After that we got our towels and was told to pick chairs ( white was complimentary, blue was paid areas ) It was pretty packed, but we did manage to find a few chaise lounge chairs together. The waitress was snotty and when we asked about menus she snapped that the kitchen was closed. We were not offered drinks. The pool itself is not very large, and I could only see one ( compared to the Venetian where there are many different pools to chose from ) My husband went for a quick swim, but it was crowded so it didn't last long. Shortly after that we left.

This pool gets surprisingly packed. It's on the smaller side and so is the lounge area compared to other hotels. The pool water is always warm and heavily chlorinated because I could smell myself for hours after I showered. We were tempted to rent a few chairs or a cabana, but since we went during the weekday, we decided to chance it and were able to get chairs on our own without paying. It is fairly reasonable to pay for a day bed, but as demand goes up - so do the prices (kinda like when you buy airplane tickets - the higher the demand the higher you will pay for your ticket). The service here is great, and the employees provide you with towels and complimentary ice water. We ordered nachos, chicken salad, and drinks. The nachos barely had any chicken in them which was a bummer. The salad was the refreshing and very appropriate for the scorching hot weather in the summer time. The pool closes at 6pm and is located on the 3rd floor I believe. Have fun!

Staying at Vdara for a couple days gave us a good chance to use the pool a couple times. We considered getting a cabana or day bed the first day, but had no problem finding pool chairs under one of the many umbrellas. Unless you are a large group, you probably don't need a cabana here. The day beds weren't much different than the chairs except softer. Pool service was fantastic. Towels and tap water are available for free, but you can also order drinks and food to be brought to you. It was impressive how the waitresses found people for their drinks even when they were in the pool. We tried a Build-Your-Own-Burger with Blue Cheese & Bacon and an order of the Chicken Tenders. Both come with Fries or Onion Rings, so, we got one of each. The Onion Rings were the better of the two sides, however, the fries were a-ok. The Chicken Tenders were thick & huge thanks to a heavy bread exterior that totally overwhelmed the white meat inside. Thanks to a side of Ranch Dressing, the chicken strips were edible. The burger was pretty standard except for the better than expected Blue Cheese which helped offset a slightly dry Beef patty. For drinks, we stuck to beers to match the chill out atmosphere. The crowd at the Vdara Pool was older than many pools in Vegas which is probably a reflection of the quieter crowd at the hotel. People were friendly, but this was a good pool to simply escape the casino chaos of Vegas for a few hours.

Very disappointed.. Vdara is such a wonderful hotel, however its pool... terrible!! Very tiny and crowed. Planned to spend my whole afternoon here, but I stayed for only 30 min instead.

Sitting underneath shades umbrellas so I don't burn up

Numerous life guards hanging out in their chairs ready for some action if neccessary. I enjoyed this quaint pool area very much because its not too huge and the BGM is not excessively loud. Even though I was told the pool is heated, the water didn't feel as warm as I wanted it to be. I did appreciate that they had 2 life guards on duty for a pretty small pool. Since we're well into autumn and basically entering winter climate, only the Sky Pool was open when we visited (and 2 nearby jacuzzi pools) for all the hotel guests. Towels are up for grabs and readily available. There was plenty of seating (probably cuz it's not that warm) so we didn't need to reserve the large seats/cabanas for our large party. I was a bit bummed to not know the full "Sky Suite private pool" experience, but our kids had a blast playing in the pools!
