It has now been just over one year, and the plaster looks 10 YEARS OLD. It is pitted, and discolored. IT LOOKS MUCH WORSE NOW THAN BEFORE HE PLASTERED IT! The owner, Manuel has refused to even come look at his terrible workmanship. Other professionals have told me that he used very cheap and low quality materials, and recommend I sue him for a refund. They have tackled every 'glitch' that has happened and they have done it not only professionally, but in a timely manner. My dogs absolutely love them and James has a way with them that makes it easy for everyone. Totally professional yet friendly. They're there whenever I need them. If I call or text them with a service request or problem they reply within hours and have fixed the problem within days - such a relief. Their monthly charge is very reasonable considering the amount of work they put in each month. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. The following week rolled around and same tech came. I messaged Charlie and got no response. Every time they come to clean we have to put our cleaner in the pool. We requested to cancel and are now told we have a 1 year contract and have to pay 35.00 a month for the remaining months. So basically with this company if they don't do a good job and you are unhappy your screwed. Don't sign a contract with these people or you will be frustrated and stuck. We have been told either keep the contract or pay the 35.00 as the customer service is horrible and they don't care about the customer.
