At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.

But not only am I out of $800+ but I still do not have a working hot tub and even though Keith has claimed they are willing to do "more" work if I pay them more money kind of hard to do that if they do not pick up the phone or return voicemails. We ended up using Ohio Spa repaid and it was fixed right away. We had a service tech, text me, complaining about me and when I responded, he said it was meant to go to the owner. The owner did not seem to care at all about our frustration. We were not aware of being charged more each time, until we got our credit card (just kind of assumed they would come out and fix their mistake). I will continue to share this story with anyone who will listen, as it was very stressful (the person who referred Rainbow Hot Tubs is no longer using them either after this experience). I shared on social media and it sounds like a number of people were not satisfied with their service either.
